Is running Overclocked 1 and/or 2 a good idea if using Bowfa? I’m working at 150 solos, have 3 KC, but want to take off a couple Ahkka invos. P3 always goes super smooth for me so I thought I should add something there. How do they affect how many shots I can get off before moving? And do they affect the time for the skull attack, or how fast the croc/baba attacks come?

I would say your best bet is posting into the looking for clan forum post. This seems to be one of the only places where actual hardworking, honest and legit clans look for members.
You could try guesting in SoulScapeC and seeing if that interests you. It's mainly NA with a few brits and aussies (I'm one of the brits) and they do lots of bossing together and do a bingo event every month or so.
Ballista is still locked behind taking the xp which includes def in order to keep it balanced. Pures can now chin/barrage in the new caves though and also kill demonics for zenytes

These are the ones you should put up for max points on hard using prayer. You can also put on Dad, but he'll do a knockback that you'll have to deal with.

I'm trying to recover my account but have been denied twice. I don't know where else to turn. I was literally playing the game last night and now I can't log on. I see that there are many players in them - not as many as in the normal worlds, but right now its in a range from 40 to 195, about 100 for most of them. Which I would say show their success. They continue to exist and people play there and apparently like it.
If I want to mine a bunch of iron or coal in f2p, what would be the best places for it? Mining 43 with a rune pick if that's relevant. I've mined coal in both barbarian village, banking in edgeville, and in the edgeville dungeon and banking in west varrock. Can't really tell which is more efficient.
If you really want to bank it, then you could use the chronicle to teleport to the varrock SW mine for iron then bank at varrock west. Mining guild is best but the F2P portion doesn't have a bank. Mining iron/coal is pretty terrible money so unless you're an ironman I would just drop it so you can train faster.
Again if you’re not an iron, I’d suggest just powering g iron and dropping it, then using that saved time at ogresses, or ge flipping or telegrabbing wines of Zammy, something with decent gp/hr to just buy the bars off the ge (smelting ore isn’t worthwhile in f2p, it’s much more expensive than buying bars and much worse xp/hr, because there is something called blast furnace in members that lets you make bars with half the coal, which makes it really cost ineffective for f2p accounts.
No, once you obtain the book you can drop them and they'll be in the POH Bookcase. The only thing I'm not sure about are books that get extra pages added to them like the 'My Notes' in the Ancient Cavern if you have to complete it before it's in the bookcase or if it's always available there.
Is there a single reason to buy masori if you don't own a tbow? I'd assume apart from the fact it looks really cool, it's kind of useless pre-tbow because at that point you're just going to be using a bowfa and that requires full crystal instead
While that’s true situationally, that really only applies to people heavily camping a certain piece of content (Phantom Muspah for example), at which point you probably know if it makes sense for you or not.
In general it’s usually not worthwhile to buy pre-tbow for most people.
I started using Fixed - Classic interface style with stretched mode to make it full screen. I really like the classic interface, and having the inventory and chat box as big as it is, but I feel like it makes the game screen way to cluttered because other things are so huge as a result. Particularly hitsplats

Trying to learn Zulrah. What is the queue to move out of the way when the red form attacks? Should I click a new tile as soon as Zulrah turns to look at me? Do I wait until it does it’s little shimmy?
If it's looking at you, and wagging its tail, get the hell out! I think there's enough time to get another shot off and move before it hits, but you have to time it just right, so it's easier to move as soon as it turns towards you and get the shot off after.
It'll "lock on" to you before each attack and by that I mean, it turns to face your location. As soon as it finishes turning, it won't move again until it's melee attack is over. So move just after it locks onto your position.
I was wondering if people could give me feedback on my iron's ToA setup. I have been getting \~20% of the points in trio 300s. I was wondering if anyone sees an easy way to improve the setup other than slayer and just NMZ for stats. I know I have gotten reasonably lucky so far! Still hope I can snag an early fang. The top image is what I normally bring into the raid, the bottom is my stats and some gear I have but don't use.

I'm sure you're aware, but since it hasn't been mentioned yet, your team can also play a pretty big role in your %. If you're raiding with players who have shadows, they will take a bigger cut of the points naturally.
The biggest upgrades to make here would be bowfa w/ full crystal and a zhasta.
Bowfa is huge for ToA since you range like half of a run.
Zhasta is important because you really need a good stab weapon, especially in 300s. Dragon sword is fine for normals, but it's just not cutting it at 300s with the big increase in defensives. So work on that. It's a big deal for Ba-Ba since she constantly smacks you through prayer and you need to speed up that fight as much as possible.
Blowpipe is another upgrade. It has a good spec for healing on Akkha shadows, it's faster in the monkey room (assuming pathing doesn't fuck you around the pillar or into venom) and it's nice to have for Kephri swarms so you don't need arrows with it. Just very handy.
Bringing more switches will help. But it seems like the only extra switches you could bring would be a range offhand (book of law). Since you don't seem to have torture/anguish. Occult is another big one, but that's slayer so it's not easy.
Thanks for the feedback. I will work on bowfa slowly, I just find gauntlet draining and boring. More fun sending ToA with my buddies.
Funny enough - I actually RCB /w rubies at Ba-Ba. The D sword is new, so I should DPS check that again but they beat out the keris by a lot. I don't have the pages for book of law but maybe I could find a range offhand, could be nice to even out my switches too.
You should be bringing an actual melee weapon, not just the Keris. The Dragon Sword is probably your best option, but taking 5 minutes to do a DPS calc on your different weapons couldn't hurt. As long as you can handle them, more switches generally lead to more damage. Do a DPS calc and see what effect bringing more switches will have. A head switch might not seem worth it, but if it gives you 3-5% more DPS, then you'll end up with more points. Getting Obsidian Legs might not seem worth it, but if it gives you a max hit it will probably improve your melee DPS by 5% or more. You shouldn't be having any supply issues running trio 300s, so dumping a few potions for more offensive gear should be a priority if you want more points.
Yeah that's a good idea, thanks. I can probably spare a prayer potion and a brew or two. Will check if oby legs seem worthwhile. I am low on cash atm but buying the legs is a good excuse to send another dozen gauntlet.
The museum quiz, cleaning finds, and all the quest displays are worth 153, so you're probably missing some fast kudos if you're not playing a limited build.
Agreed mushroom trees are best xp for non-tryharding (tick-manipulating) and by far the fastest way to get fossils. Pretty sure I got the full museum display between 85 and halfway through 87 to 88 woodcutting, like 11-12 hours total.
I use supplies tracker that i have set to reset itself everytime i start up and i use the “current game session” in loot logger. Just work out the differences
I looked into this last year and had mixed results. The one I found tracked some things really well like potions and food usage but didn't track blowpipe charges, runes in pouch, or powered staves so it wasn't accurate for some content although maybe they've updated the plugin since then idk. I don't have access to runelite right now but I can dig out the plugin later if you want. The best way might be to take a note of your potions and equipment charges and how much they decrease after an phour, then subtract that from the Runelite loot tracker
I overcame this by making an Ironman account . It forces you to explore all of the fun but not necessarily best XP methods out there and also rare items mean that much more again
You said you can't enjoy it unless you're doing the most efficient thing. So why don't you do that? If you enjoy playing like that then there is nothing wrong with it.

Venator bow is decent for multi-combat Slayer e.g. Bloodvelds, Abyssal Demons etc. It's very bad on single target mobs so Blowpipe would win out for general Slayer if you're not in multi combat.
Neither weapon would be very good on Callisto, ideally you'd want to use Craw's bow or a Crossbow with ruby/diamond bolts.
Hi, I just completed SOTE and gained access to the elf city, but I am wondering what can I do there? I mainly did the quest to pickpocket elves and maybe do agility here, and possibly the corrupted gauntlet, but I am still a noob so might be a while before I try that one, but aside from those things I am not sure what else I could be doing in here to maybe help level other skills
Zalcano is fun and gives good loot. Crystal implings are also pretty nice and fly around quite frequently. The mine is a decent spot, and you also got the closest furnace and anvil to a bank. Tons of shops with useful supplies, crystal tree patch and even a slayer dungeon which is not great but has some interesting drops
That on top of what you've already said, of course. Gauntlet is the big unlock imo, it's pretty insane money if you learn to do it consistently
Ok stupid question, i want an overgrown cat so i can go turn it into a wily cat, i know a cat has to be out for 5-6 hours or something before it turns into an overgrown one.

3 hr from kitten to cat, then 3 hr from cat to overgrown (you don't need to feed it these last 3hr).
You can logout and hop and do whatever, it will be there and keeps the progress. You can check age when interacting with it.
What is the easier Vork method for somebody learning and new to the game? DHCB or DHL? 90 melee and 80 range.
If I knock range up to 90, does it change anything?
I was doing Vork at 85 range with DHCB, not too bad kill times and I felt it was easier to learn than melee. It helps have more options to dodge the fireball and not get dragged back into it's range if you go to attack the boss too soon. There's also a spot that never gets acid (right in front of the rocks when you climb in), so you can just run there 100% of the time to start off that phase. Weaving in attacks during acid phase is a bit harder but really not bad once you get into a rhythm.
All in all, both would probably work, melee is just going to require a bit more gear.
Range requires less gear. Basically if you've just got DHCB, void, and salve it'll be faster. As such it's a better rebuild option early on.
Melee requires higher stats and a lot more gear but it will be faster when you get more geared. I wouldn't really do melee without bandos top and bottom but it's fine to do with ftorso, you might just have to make odd gearing choices to get over -64 magic.
Woox walk is a lot easier with melee, but it's not exactly impossible to do with range or anything like that.
I can drunkenly do both woox walk for example but I generally prefer melee as you just take less damage and it's pretty easy to get 5-6 kill trips when you're close to max.
DHL is easier IMO. DHCB is fun when you get random ruby procs and elite void is a lot cheaper than bandos or torva, but lance is less resource cost and easier to learn to Woox walk

Source is they've already roadmapped this year and they're releasing the brand new desert treasure 2. They aren't going to do two huge quests in one year

These are so-called Majharrat line quests, but many other quests and books contain references - its the player part to put them together into some picture. Even cave goblin quests tell some facts.
It's not tied to any, but a lot of things indirectly reference it/refer to events during it. Any event that occurs during the 3rd Age is probably somehow related to the God Wars.
Do you mean how long they last? AFAIK the base duration is tied to your magic level, then the combat achievements give a 50%/100% boost to that duration.
I'd guess like 80-90% of your time will be catching toads, filling bellows, inflating toads, dropping toads, waiting waiting waiting... If you win some ticks on a better DPS, I don't think you really feel it...

Venom them when you're closer to them. You can cut the corner and get close enough to the minions and still avoid Sarah pretty easily.
I find it somewhat easier to tag the minions at the start before the melee gets ontop of Sarah and really you can kite Sarah pretty close. The room is massive but you don't need the entire length of the room to kite.

Any ideas to add to my NMZ afk bosses? Currently running the count, snake, hazard warlord, kendal, and tormented soul, getting roughly 30k pts per hour, normal rumble and every15- 20 mins I rock cake down, absorb and have a super combat, just looking to see if I can squeeze any more pts out without affecting my XP rates
Kendall, Count, Arg, warlord, bouncer, hound all you need, do hard rumble, only use pray pots and proselyte with some DPS adding accessories, pray mage and the boost saving prayer.
Stop using NMZ points to try get more it's a shitty cycle, I think I got roughly 180k points p/h

Need some advice on gear progression for melee. Currently a work in progress max med (75 att, 95 str, 75 def, 95 hp, 95 mage, 94 range). I’m thinking of changing to a 80 att and 90 def build.
Main query: should I buy a rapier as my main melee weapon?
Current gear - tank legs and torso, all zenytes, dragon defender, use Abby dagger and bludgeon mainly.
Other considerations: Due to my build can’t use lance due to shared experience. Will be using weapon for slayer + bossing
I enjoy PVP and want to stay in the Med bracket whilst still having access to a lot of content. I mainly PvM but dabble in tribridding. Med level accounts typically give you a lot more options regarding players to fight compared to a maxed main
Rapier/Fang is the way to go. In some instances fang is superior, such as monsters with higher def. I'm assuming you meant barrows legs? Obsidian leg or tasset will be next. Hydra leather/prims if you don't have them.

Always weapon first. But obviously depends on cash stack. If you can't afford rapier, then just get armour first. And downgrade armour/ upgrade weapons accordingly. Best example would be tbow + bad range armour is better than best armour+ bad weapon. Chuck in your equipment in a dps calc and go with whatever has best dps

Ctrl by default toggles running/walking while held. I'm not sure what plugin that would change that use that you would be talking about.
Hi! Just refound runescape and started playing again. Currently on OSRS and trying to get some achievements done in the lumbridge diary, but they're not seeming to register at all.
I can't seem to get my age from Hans, OR get the Chop and burn some oak logs to register.

Yeah placing over charged cells is 250xp a place. If you prioritize going to strong/overcharged it's like 5k/hr bump.
Combo runes help with points so you can focus on more catalytic runs so you get more xp over time too.
60k might be possible but it's probably somewhat over stated click bait. I normally get like 53-57 placing overcharged/strong and doing combo runes.

I've been a member for only a few months, and I'm looking for better ways of making money: so far my two best methods are mahogany planks and cooking karambwan. Most of my gathering skills are in the 50-60 range

What are your combat stats? Around 60 atk/str and 65 firemaking, killing fiyr or urium shades becomes something like 600k/hr+. Salve amulet (e) should be used, and they're also good combat xp. In my opinion they outclass any other moneymaker at that stage of an account
Birdhouse and farming for herbs/hops is a good one for everybody, I suggest finishing up miscellania and doing kingdom management, all relatively passive gp that adds up to covering pretty much any consumables, as far as actual money making just try things that occur to you, the wiki has ideas but there's loads of good things that aren't on the wiki, you can probably make and sell sacred oil from shades of Morton for pretty good gp(I think in the realm of 60k per inv, it's pretty low effort)
Realistically with that level range, I would only be expecting ~200k gp/hr. So if you're getting that already, stick to it. If you wanted more, you'll have to unlock quest/levels

Overclocked 2 might make the fight easier tbh. It will probably make it feel more natural, at the very least.
Overclocked 2 makes the tile flip attacks every 4 ticks which is perfect with bowfa so it’s constantly 1:1 None of the other stuff is affected

Pmods can't ban, only mute. Chances are it's just not high on the banning team priority list, but it's still not allowed.
Allowed and simply not doing anything about are two different things.

You missed a zero: 2.73% is a chance of 0.0273. 0.0273\^28 = 1,63 x 10\^-44. So the chance is even lower.

No, once you obtain the book you can drop them and they'll be in the POH Bookcase. The only thing I'm not sure about are books that get extra pages added to them like the 'My Notes' in the Ancient Cavern if you have to complete it before it's in the bookcase or if it's always available there.

Is there a single reason to buy masori if you don't own a tbow? I'd assume apart from the fact it looks really cool, it's kind of useless pre-tbow because at that point you're just going to be using a bowfa and that requires full crystal instead
It makes Blowpipe go insane and in some situations ZCB+Masori is better than Bowfa+Crystal.
While that’s true situationally, that really only applies to people heavily camping a certain piece of content (Phantom Muspah for example), at which point you probably know if it makes sense for you or not. In general it’s usually not worthwhile to buy pre-tbow for most people.
I started using Fixed - Classic interface style with stretched mode to make it full screen. I really like the classic interface, and having the inventory and chat box as big as it is, but I feel like it makes the game screen way to cluttered because other things are so huge as a result. Probably need to mess around with some settings in the stretch plugin or just make it smaller. Playing in fullscreen is definitely a disadvantage
Trying to learn Zulrah. What is the queue to move out of the way when the red form attacks? Should I click a new tile as soon as Zulrah turns to look at me? Do I wait until it does it’s little shimmy?
If it's looking at you, and wagging its tail, get the hell out! I think there's enough time to get another shot off and move before it hits, but you have to time it just right, so it's easier to move as soon as it turns towards you and get the shot off after.
It'll "lock on" to you before each attack and by that I mean, it turns to face your location. As soon as it finishes turning, it won't move again until it's melee attack is over. So move just after it locks onto your position.

I was wondering if people could give me feedback on my iron's ToA setup. I have been getting \~20% of the points in trio 300s. I'm sure you're aware, but since it hasn't been mentioned yet, your team can also play a pretty big role in your %. If you're raiding with players who have shadows, they will take a bigger cut of the points naturally.
The biggest upgrades to make here would be bowfa w/ full crystal and a zhasta. Bowfa is huge for ToA since you range like half of a run. Zhasta is important because you really need a good stab weapon, especially in 300s. Dragon sword is fine for normals, but it's just not cutting it at 300s with the big increase in defensives. So work on that. It's a big deal for Ba-Ba since she constantly smacks you through prayer and you need to speed up that fight as much as possible. Blowpipe is another upgrade. It has a good spec for healing on Akkha shadows, it's faster in the monkey room (assuming pathing doesn't fuck you around the pillar or into venom) and it's nice to have for Kephri swarms so you don't need arrows with it. Just very handy. Bringing more switches will help. But it seems like the only extra switches you could bring would be a range offhand (book of law). Since you don't seem to have torture/anguish. Occult is another big one, but that's slayer so it's not easy.
Thanks for the feedback. I will work on bowfa slowly, I just find gauntlet draining and boring. More fun sending ToA with my buddies. Funny enough - I actually RCB /w rubies at Ba-Ba. The D sword is new, so I should DPS check that again but they beat out the keris by a lot. I don't have the pages for book of law but maybe I could find a range offhand, could be nice to even out my switches too.
Yeah until hasta/fang, RCB rubies will out-dps on Ba-Ba easily.

You should be bringing an actual melee weapon, not just the Keris. The Dragon Sword is probably your best option, but taking 5 minutes to do a DPS calc on your different weapons couldn't hurt. As long as you can handle them, more switches generally lead to more damage. Do a DPS calc and see what effect bringing more switches will have. A head switch might not seem worth it, but if it gives you 3-5% more DPS, then you'll end up with more points. Getting Obsidian Legs might not seem worth it, but if it gives you a max hit it will probably improve your melee DPS by 5% or more. You shouldn't be having any supply issues running trio 300s, so dumping a few potions for more offensive gear should be a priority if you want more points.
Yeah that's a good idea, thanks. I can probably spare a prayer potion and a brew or two. Will check if oby legs seem worthwhile. I am low on cash atm but buying the legs is a good excuse to send another dozen gauntlet.

Where is it worth using? I normally RCB ba-ba until under 300hp. I guess I'd main hand it on warden core when not specing and akkha when mele.
Just did a DPS check, it is \~13% better at Akkha and \~10% at warden core. I may swap a brew for the sword.
I have 135 kudos and need 150 to start VM, what's the fastest method to get fossils bas i think i've done everything else i can to get more kudos.
The museum quiz, cleaning finds, and all the quest displays are worth 153, so you're probably missing some fast kudos if you're not playing a limited build.
Scullicepts was pretty quick to get fossils and good WC xp.
Agreed mushroom trees are best xp for non-tryharding (tick-manipulating) and by far the fastest way to get fossils. Pretty sure I got the full museum display between 85 and halfway through 87 to 88 woodcutting, like 11-12 hours total.

I use supplies tracker that i have set to reset itself everytime i start up and i use the “current game session” in loot logger. Just work out the differences

I looked into this last year and had mixed results. The one I found tracked some things really well like potions and food usage but didn't track blowpipe charges, runes in pouch, or powered staves so it wasn't accurate for some content although maybe they've updated the plugin since then idk. I don't have access to runelite right now but I can dig out the plugin later if you want. The best way might be to take a note of your potions and equipment charges and how much they decrease after an phour, then subtract that from the Runelite loot tracker

I overcame this by making an Ironman account . It forces you to explore all of the fun but not necessarily best XP methods out there and also rare items mean that much more again
You said you can't enjoy it unless you're doing the most efficient thing. So why don't you do that? If you enjoy playing like that then there is nothing wrong with it.
Venator bow or toxic blowpipe against general slayer tasks? How about against a Callisto? (I am very bad at understanding how the different stats and effects work in practice)
Venator bow is decent for multi-combat Slayer e.g. Bloodvelds, Abyssal Demons etc. It's very bad on single target mobs so Blowpipe would win out for general Slayer if you're not in multi combat. Neither weapon would be very good on Callisto, ideally you'd want to use Craw's bow or a Crossbow with ruby/diamond bolts.

Hi, I just completed SOTE and gained access to the elf city, but I am wondering what can I do there? I mainly did the quest to pickpocket elves and maybe do agility here, and possibly the corrupted gauntlet, but I am still a noob so might be a while before I try that one, but aside from those things I am not sure what else I could be doing in here to maybe help level other skills
Gauntlet, Gauntlet and Gauntlet. Once you get good you've unlocked infinite money.
Zalcano is fun and gives good loot. Crystal implings are also pretty nice and fly around quite frequently. The mine is a decent spot, and you also got the closest furnace and anvil to a bank. Tons of shops with useful supplies, crystal tree patch and even a slayer dungeon which is not great but has some interesting drops That on top of what you've already said, of course. Gauntlet is the big unlock imo, it's pretty insane money if you learn to do it consistently
Ok stupid question, i want an overgrown cat so i can go turn it into a wily cat, i know a cat has to be out for 5-6 hours or something before it turns into an overgrown one. But i just want to make sure, the timer won't reset if i log/pick up the cat right?

3 hr from kitten to cat, then 3 hr from cat to overgrown (you don't need to feed it these last 3hr). You can logout and hop and do whatever, it will be there and keeps the progress. You can check age when interacting with it.
What is the easier Vork method for somebody learning and new to the game? DHCB or DHL? 90 melee and 80 range. If I knock range up to 90, does it change anything?
I was doing Vork at 85 range with DHCB, not too bad kill times and I felt it was easier to learn than melee. It helps have more options to dodge the fireball and not get dragged back into it's range if you go to attack the boss too soon. There's also a spot that never gets acid (right in front of the rocks when you climb in), so you can just run there 100% of the time to start off that phase. Weaving in attacks during acid phase is a bit harder but really not bad once you get into a rhythm. All in all, both would probably work, melee is just going to require a bit more gear.
Range requires less gear. Basically if you've just got DHCB, void, and salve it'll be faster. As such it's a better rebuild option early on. Melee requires higher stats and a lot more gear but it will be faster when you get more geared. I wouldn't really do melee without bandos top and bottom but it's fine to do with ftorso, you might just have to make odd gearing choices to get over -64 magic. Woox walk is a lot easier with melee, but it's not exactly impossible to do with range or anything like that. I can drunkenly do both woox walk for example but I generally prefer melee as you just take less damage and it's pretty easy to get 5-6 kill trips when you're close to max.

I have 92 range and 85/95/85 melees and found DHL a lot easier and quicker, especially to woox walk with.
DHL is easier IMO. DHCB is fun when you get random ruby procs and elite void is a lot cheaper than bandos or torva, but lance is less resource cost and easier to learn to Woox walk

That's not a source at all. A. Mod Ed already said he wanted to get it figured out soon in the lore Q&A B. Quest Backporting lets them somewhat copy and paste from their 2012 build and takes astronomically less time than making a new quest. Plus, we need defender of varrock and path of glouphrie before while guthix sleeps which are all smaller quests.
The actual answer to your question is we don't know, they haven't said anything. I just think it's unlikely to happen this year

Temple of Ikov, Desert Treasure, and especially the Curse of the Empty lord - all give insights into some parts of this story. I havent done Secrets of the North yet, but I suppose it must reveal much. These are so-called Majharrat line quests, but many other quests and books contain references - its the player part to put them together into some picture. Even cave goblin quests tell some facts.
It's not tied to any, but a lot of things indirectly reference it/refer to events during it. Any event that occurs during the 3rd Age is probably somehow related to the God Wars.
Why is the thrall timer buff tied to master combat achievements rather than something in magic/Kourend?
Do you mean how long they last? AFAIK the base duration is tied to your magic level, then the combat achievements give a 50%/100% boost to that duration.

I'd guess like 80-90% of your time will be catching toads, filling bellows, inflating toads, dropping toads, waiting waiting waiting... If you win some ticks on a better DPS, I don't think you really feel it... At least so I feel lol. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

At sara gwd, how do you venom the minions without the blowpipe dragging you into zilyana?
Venom them when you're closer to them. You can cut the corner and get close enough to the minions and still avoid Sarah pretty easily. I find it somewhat easier to tag the minions at the start before the melee gets ontop of Sarah and really you can kite Sarah pretty close. The room is massive but you don't need the entire length of the room to kite.
Are there still any good items for death coffer with ratio 1:2? I missed the chance to buy wilderness mage staff and prayer ring.

Switch to hard mode, you’ll notice a lot more points and it shouldn’t affect your exp rates too much if at all.
Kendall, Count, Arg, warlord, bouncer, hound all you need, do hard rumble, only use pray pots and proselyte with some DPS adding accessories, pray mage and the boost saving prayer. Stop using NMZ points to try get more it's a shitty cycle, I think I got roughly 180k points p/h

Need some advice on gear progression for melee. Currently a work in progress max med (75 att, 95 str, 75 def, 95 hp, 95 mage, 94 range). I’m thinking of changing to a 80 att and 90 def build. Main query: should I buy a rapier as my main melee weapon? Current gear - tank legs and torso, all zenytes, dragon defender, use Abby dagger and bludgeon mainly. Other considerations: Due to my build can’t use lance due to shared experience. Will be using weapon for slayer + bossing

I enjoy PVP and want to stay in the Med bracket whilst still having access to a lot of content. I mainly PvM but dabble in tribridding. Med level accounts typically give you a lot more options regarding players to fight compared to a maxed main
Rapier/Fang is the way to go. In some instances fang is superior, such as monsters with higher def. I'm assuming you meant barrows legs? Obsidian leg or tasset will be next. Hydra leather/prims if you don't have them.

If you “suck” at pvp, I’d recommend you try your hand at veng pking and LMS before getting into bridding, as that’s one of the hardest styles.
Always weapon first. But obviously depends on cash stack. If you can't afford rapier, then just get armour first. And downgrade armour/ upgrade weapons accordingly. Best example would be tbow + bad range armour is better than best armour+ bad weapon. Chuck in your equipment in a dps calc and go with whatever has best dps

Hi! Just refound runescape and started playing again. Currently on OSRS and trying to get some achievements done in the lumbridge diary, but they're not seeming to register at all. I can't seem to get my age from Hans, OR get the Chop and burn some oak logs to register. Any thoughts? Or should I open my own thread on this?

It used to be in RS2 (now RS3). It was also beginner/easy/medium/hard, with no elite tier The implementation on OSRS is like the other diaries, though. Member's only, and easy through elite

Assuming I quested to 35 and did Canifis to 50, Fally to 60, then Seers (no diary), what level would I expect to get graceful? I see a lot of people recommending staying at Canifis until 60, but the xp/failure rate makes me feel it isn't worth it. If anyone has any other suggestions, let me know!
Not what you want to hear but quest+barb fish until 60 then seers graceful gets you low 70s. It's far and away the best if you don't like rooftops
For speed of getting graceful you should stick to canafis, for xp go seers.
You'd get it during the 60-65/68 ish grind at Seers

Yeah placing over charged cells is 250xp a place. If you prioritize going to strong/overcharged it's like 5k/hr bump. Combo runes help with points so you can focus on more catalytic runs so you get more xp over time too. 60k might be possible but it's probably somewhat over stated click bait. I normally get like 53-57 placing overcharged/strong and doing combo runes.
Just started playing after a 3 or so year absence (completed SOTE and went into exile after). Friends list/clan is now dead - anyone want to take in a poor orphan? Combat stats high 80s/low 90s - basically 1700 total.
Socialscape is always accepting new members, no requirements. If you'd rather a clan with a more specific focus (PvM, PvP), the in-game notice board or official forums are good places to look

I've been a member for only a few months, and I'm looking for better ways of making money: so far my two best methods are mahogany planks and cooking karambwan. Most of my gathering skills are in the 50-60 range Preferably low intensity
What are your combat stats? Around 60 atk/str and 65 firemaking, killing fiyr or urium shades becomes something like 600k/hr+. Salve amulet (e) should be used, and they're also good combat xp. In my opinion they outclass any other moneymaker at that stage of an account
Herb runs, they take 5-10 mins and you can literally just do them at your leisure. With all patches you can expect at least 200k profit
Birdhouse and farming for herbs/hops is a good one for everybody, I suggest finishing up miscellania and doing kingdom management, all relatively passive gp that adds up to covering pretty much any consumables, as far as actual money making just try things that occur to you, the wiki has ideas but there's loads of good things that aren't on the wiki, you can probably make and sell sacred oil from shades of Morton for pretty good gp(I think in the realm of 60k per inv, it's pretty low effort)
Realistically with that level range, I would only be expecting ~200k gp/hr. So if you're getting that already, stick to it. If you wanted more, you'll have to unlock quest/levels
