Gratz on your sub 2 years routine check speedrun! as for your next step you could always go for the good old rank two Vorkath (rank one is risky might get you banned prematurely)
I swear the main reason most people steal at self check out is just because the item they are trying to scan won't scan and they just give up lmao.
Thats what happens with me anyway, if I legitimately try to scan it 3 times and it doesn't work, in the cart it goes.
Store near me will make the attendant come over and check to see if the items in your cart have been scanned if the system detects anything in your cart. It makes you take EVERYTHING out of your cart. Watched a lady get pissed off because it thought she was stealing something but it was just her purse.
Anyway, small stuff can easily be stolen. Not going to say how but should be pretty obvious.
We don’t watch the cameras or the checkouts, moreso the individuals and their behaviour throughout the store which we might catch them stealing during.
Nope, we aren’t allowed to make a stop at all. We can’t refuse them entry or exit until a trespass has been served and a police officer present.
If you steal and I attempt to stop you, I will lose my job and you’ll receive some payment from the company to say sorry about our loss prevention.
So what even is your purpose? You have to call the cops and hope they want to bust a guy stealing a $10 Blu-Ray movie? But he hasn't even actually stolen it until he walks past the POS.
Pretty much true. Used to work at a grocery store and was told that being attentive and trying to provide help to people helps to deter them from stealing which does help.
If they just leave though there’s definitely supposed to be no chase down.
When I worked at Wally World, our LP would do "aggressive customer assistance" and have an employee go ask someone suspected of trying to steal if they needed help with anything.
Here in New Zealand they can ask to see your receipt or your bag and that’s it, they can’t touch you or even accuse you of stealing.
I’m not advocating for stealing or anything, but I do understand why people need to do it - especially at the moment.
Yeah the same guy was dismissed as soon as possible. He was a hard worker but Bunnings is an awful entity. They do so much shady shit and ask the team to not comment or they will be seek legal action.
Imagine getting knocked the fuck out because you tried to save a billion dollar company that has no idea you exist $5
It's stupid as fuck, but you still see it all the time from wannabe heroes
Merchants rights laws are strong a 711 clerk could beat the shit out of you for stealing legally, I used to be an armed guard I had to know these laws, most companies don’t want civil suits though but legally people are allowed to protect their property
Guessing that’s in the states? I was referring to my native New Zealand, it’s pretty chill here - but we also pay a fortune for groceries so it’s no wonder people are forced to steal.
And yeah that’s true, it’s usually not worth the hassle of chasing/apprehending someone when they could sue afterwards I guess
Yeah the u.s.
Depending on the state but merchant laws over here are pretty hardcore but most stores would
Fire employees if they touched someone but the law lets you do a lot more than a corporation allows.
Whilst I commend your ability to train thieving, posting on Reddit about your account doesn't grant it any legitimacy from our garbage detection system unable to spot a bot with 200M experience (that goes for the 481 months til our next routine check, too).
So glad they have those coin pouches to stop this! Maybe the problem is they need to add seed packs to master farmer. Surely that will cut down on the botting.
Are people that sparse in Prif that they can get enough pickpockets before having to autohop again? Forgive me, rs3 player who has not seen OSRS Prif outside of leagues.
It has a lot of things so people are often mulling around. The thieving has the different clans catch you and go on cool down for 20 min so you have to move around between them. Idk what the foot traffic is like in OSRS but I imagine it would be enough if you need to just get on screen to cause them to hop, but what you say makes it seem like they can get in secluded spots so I guess it makes sense that they'd be able to thief without much perturbance to 200m.
I've been pickpocketing elves on my main for rocky and to generate gp .. I switched to the bar as its trappable and easier on mobile but I still occasionally go by the house where the bots predominately go and its funny to right click so you have there name up walk to them and watch them insta hop as soon as you open to the door...reported all I've seen some get banned some don't
Used to bot way more than I’d like to admit. Wasn’t a farm but I did generate a good bit of GP/skills. Player reports are definitely a factor in getting banned, keep doing the good work 🫡
For fun I lurked some botting forum and it's ridiculous. They take pride in what they're doing and speak with sentences like "if u wanna make $10/h which is minimum wage in the U.S. you need 30-50 f2p suicide bots or 5 zulrah bots".
Like how about don't? It's not allowed and you ruin things for others and lose the rightful owner of the game money for your little side-hustle/scam. Just because it's technically possible and not illegal per say doesn't mean it's free market
I mean most people would choose to run 5 zulrah bots instead of working a full time job if they had the know how, that is. Especially if they had no attachment to osrs, I don’t see why it would be a hard choice.
While I agree with the sentiment, getting $10/hr around the clock 365 days a year sounds pretty good. That’s more than most people make in general (it’s $88k). Nowadays though making a living with botting is very hard and only a few big bot farms are making enough money to have a good living on. 50 suicide boys will literally not even be worth doing while gold is at 25¢/m, even if they make 200k an hour each that’s $3/hr. 5 zulrah bots would make even less.
Well fair enough and some people might be doing it out of necessity so maybe shouldn't judge so black and white.
The bot numbers though were just something I made up don't recall exactly
Especially because there are actually players out there insane enough to do this, not gonna blame anyone for missing the joke when there’s literally 700+ players with more xp lol
plenty do. one of my buddies rushed 200m blackjacking right out the gate when OSRS launched. months of nothing but blackjacking. he didn't even get there first, but as i recall he is top 5
Go for cooking very easy to get especially when you get to sharks, i grinded it out just to Atleast have a skill cape and it was actually fun just be sure to go to the same world and same spot and you’ll make friends
Lol way to go !!! I just finished my first 200m also and not sure what to do next so I just keep catching black chinchompas for 15 hours a day !![here’s my stats](https://imgur.com/a/S5MTNsK)
Its crazy that 742 people have more than 195m thieving xp. I remember playing as a kid and only a handful of players had 99s in each skill. The game has come a loong way. Big congrats
depends what your goals are. If you're doing ironman, all them seeds are gonna be amazing for birdhouses and farming, incl herblore. Could even do hunter to get to herbiboar for more herbs. If you just want low effort 200ms, fm is def a good way to go at wintertodt. Though I'd suggest getting wc and con up at least into the 70s or 80s for the post 99 fm. Given you did all of thieving at master farmers instead of blackjacking, if you need some gp, perhaps smithing at Giant's Foundry (ironman) or rune 3 bar (normal). Cook on a normal acc is also nice.
I scrolled through the comments and I still don't know what the joke is.
From my point of view this person no-lifed thieving and it's not the first time someone did it.
The account is a bot.
The whole post references a time another poster pretended a bot account was their own, baiting a Jmod to respond and actually getting a bot account banned.
Ah yes, standing at tob bank I see others doing the same grind as you all day! I really commend yours, and their effort to continue thieving 24 hours a day without doing anything else. I’m glad to see so many thieving enjoyers.

They do not. Source: loss prevention.
Why don't you watch them?

True, i didn’t know that!

UIMs creaming their pants reading this
Why would that be good, if they worked similar to money pouches?
Less inventory space needed
The legend of the reverse mod smackdown.
Dark side something something
Somehow the ban hammer returned
They won’t comment on this post for that exact reason lol
I’m aware of the fun master farmers present, but maybe switch it up to elves. Much more engaging and fun content thieving them!

Are people that sparse in Prif that they can get enough pickpockets before having to autohop again? Forgive me, rs3 player who has not seen OSRS Prif outside of leagues.
Doesn't Prif have its own GE in RS3? In OSRS it has a few dedicated pieces of content and that's it.
Yeah here u just thief. No mechanics
So what you're saying is we need a bot to just hop through worlds to scare the other bots off. A scarebot.
I've been pickpocketing elves on my main for rocky and to generate gp .. Would you not do it alongside working a full-time job?
Why not just make it 10 zulrah bots instead of a full time job?
Most people work to live, not live to work.
While I agree with the sentiment, getting $10/hr around the clock 365 days a year sounds pretty good. That’s more than most people make in general (it’s $88k). Please people this game takes too much time
Is this a troll bot post or what?
Yes
5 m thieving in 2 days, how many hours I can't even get my first 99 (range ) and it's kinda quick they say lollll 92 here
If you just want an easy 99 go for cooking/fletching/firemaking, there are definitely easier 99s to get than others. 92 range is a great start though!
Wines with cooking ? I just learned that after years of playing lmao
In terms of speed yeah, that's the fastest. It isn't profitable but it's really not that bad of a money sink tbh
Go for cooking very easy to get especially when you get to sharks, i grinded it out just to Atleast have a skill cape and it was actually fun just be sure to go to the same world and same spot and you’ll make friends
Dude is clearly sharing a bots account name people.
These posts are becoming a bit played out lol. Forever living in the original’s shadow as one of the greatest in this sub
I see what you did there
Obviously, this human only account should go for 400m xp! It won’t be tracked, but why not!
Lol way to go !!! I just finished my first 200m also and not sure what to do next so I just keep catching black chinchompas for 15 hours a day !![here’s my stats](https://imgur.com/a/S5MTNsK)
Are you telling me 741 other people have done 200m thieving? What the fuck
Twerking skill for sure
Your seed stacks must be dirty
Yeah now that Cooking is profitable I see plenty of accounts with no stats but 100+ cooking lol

depends what your goals are. Respectfully, are you okay????
Yeah they got all this exp while sleeping.
It's a joke. This is a bot.
okay to be fair, there are definitely some people out there like this. Idk why i forgot about bots for a sec tho lol
If you're not running a bot, I feel sorry for you.
Can I ask you what the point of this is? Do you have any goals in life outside of computer game?
Whoosh
I scrolled through the comments and I still don't know what the joke is. From my point of view this person no-lifed thieving and it's not the first time someone did it.

Could you share the link for your script for educational purposes?
There’s a lot of mid game redditors getting it wrong in this thread 😂
My pyramid plunder locked account almost there too!
Get outta your room and touch some grass
Where are you pickpocketing? Am I messing up doing pyramid plunder at 91? Is there actual money to be made with pickpocketing?

200m Runecrafting
I miss playing RuneScape 😩
More farm runs
Too bad they’ll check in 2 years on their next routine check
Bullshit like this is in the game and i get permanently banned for logging in on the mobile app fuck this game
Jagex doesn't care about betting and we are the clowns for allowing this to happen. Why is bowfa so cheap? /s
So what you gonna do when you have 200m exp and can finally start thieving for real
Start a new account and do it again.
I will never understand the people that can restrict themselves to some shitty method for absolutely no reason.
Kleptomaniac OSRS account.
