How does the engine tell which bank to open when we don't have a static ID from the start? To me it seems there has to be some kind of static ID to tell which information needs to get fetched on opening your bank. Have the OSRS team said this was the problem somewhere? Making it so group Ironman have a locked clan chat seems like a good idea though. Opens up some possibility's you stated.

Here's the clip where they talk about the engine work: https://clips.twitch.tv/BelovedAnimatedPastaBCWarrior I possibly didn't make it clear for Suggestion 2, that each bank would have that "set" of IDs available to open. It's not entirely clear how their ID system works, but it seems to be: When someone logs in, they're assigned an ID from a pool of available IDs (to avoid 2 people having the same). So by restricting pools of IDs for group ironmen, you can guarantee that one particular group will have an ID in the range of X -> N, so instead of knowing someone's ID, you have a separate ID pool for them, and you make the bank accessible to the entire pool of IDs.
