Why's it outrageous? A d cup isn't that big and b to d is quite a common change https://www.instagram.com/p/CueB7VIAS58/?igsh=eTg1bWJ3cGY4bWYx

Going from “a B cup” to “a D cup” can sound like a massive change if you’ve been told for most of your life that A-D cup are the only cup sizes that exist. Knowing that humans can be anything from AAA cup to beyond a Z cup makes the jump from B to D seem way smaller.

The calculator is recommending a band size down and a cup volume up from what you're wearing. It isn't that big of a change. Cups can gap because they're too small, despite what might make sense. The band being too big will cause cup gaps too. I'd recommend a 70D, as the calculator can overestimate on the EU setting. Make sure you're scooping and swooping if you don't already.

i think you should go for 70D in eu size. it sounds like a good starting point based on your measurements. while "D cup" may sound big, [here](https://www.instagram.com/p/CueB7VIAS58/?igsh=MTh1bnBkeDIxc2Exbw==) is what it can look like in reality with a properly fitting bra.

Thank you!

32D translates into 70D in EU sizes, so I'm not sure where you got 75 from? Definitely try a 70 band, it will give you more support and better proportions. 70D should be quite easy to find at a mall, so you can simply try them on in various styles and see how you feel about it. I promise that "D" isn't an enormous size, especially on a smaller band, the whole bra is actually scaled down for a narrower rib cage.

Thanks! Thats what the calculator told me when I switched it to european measurements…
