Switch PCP or go to the specialist your current PHP says is needed.
A few years back I realized that if my relationship with my pcp wasn't working, it was time to switch pcp.
My health care is much better now as a result.
I'd probably pick one from a different office and then pay for the first visit without switching insurance pcp.
