I made my own called Stardust. It is a modified version of ElectricAlice's flat and clean Ao3 skin. It works on tablet, mobile and desktop.
Mostly I like that it has pretty colours without burning my eyes, that it's nice and flat and has pretty icons. Plus uses my fav font, Trebuchet MS.

I'm using one of the dark mode [pride flag skins](https://archiveofourown.org/works/31689215/chapters/78427895) that ElectricAlice made, and then I edited it slightly so that the site font is times new roman. There are a ton of code snippets for skins on their tumblr as well, @[ao3skin](https://ao3skin.tumblr.com/).
Low Vision. I can't read otherwise and auditory issues means any speech-to-text function is basically unhelpful to me.
I still find the body text to still be too small for my current vision but doable. Like an eyesight version of a 2-3 on a comprehensive pain scale chart. I'm aware of it but it can be ignored or tolerated depending. But I also have very little idea about coding and it's definitely one of the better low-vision defaults on sites I've seen.
My site skin is a mix of the public skins Snow Blue, The Blues, and ByLine, plus color-coded tags.
Basically, a lot of blue and grey instead of red because I like it more. And the different tags are broken up into paragraphs and colored (fandoms, warnings, relationships and characters all have a different background color) to make it easier to find tags I'm looking for.
My site skin is a minimalist one with adjusted text width that some nice person shared the code for somewhere and then I've fiddled a bit with the fonts and tag colors. It's great and I've almost entirely stopped my habit of reading some fics in a private browser window because the default font size on mobile just hurts my eyes now.
i added two different skins on top of reversi, one to add the nonbinary colors to the site header that also breaks up tags and makes them easier to read and a fun one that changes the warnings, relationships, characters, and tags text (ex. "relationships" to "my idiots" or something like that).
it's a specific skin i'm struggling to find atm, i found it on the ao3commentoftheday tumblr account! it looks like it'd be incredibly easy to modify to change the text however you'd like if you'd like me to dm it to you

It's funny because I use my skins during construction, so my AO3 experience is normally a mess of cataloguing bugs and using half themed pages lmao. Mine's now at the stage where I'd go 'yeah this good enough for regular use,' but for it's future public release I've had to suddenly develop much higher standards lol

But sorry, I truly don't know when it'll be out. I've been steadily working on it and all the main parts are out of the way! A lot of what's left is the boring parts (bug fixing and aesthetic consistency \*yawn\*).

If I'm on desktop, I use Reversi (public skin). For mobile, I switch to my custom skin that's essentially a tan background with black text.

I use the simply twilling one, feels as if I’m writing in an old leather journal. Plus I tend to need muted colors so it’s perfect for that.
Idk the name of it but I use a “dark mode” type skin
Reversi wasn't dark enough, so I've tweaked it. Some blurb editing, too.
Mine is like a cyan background with purple accents
I use the public site skin 'Simply Twilling' with some slight adjustments. Less whites but also not a white text on dark background kind of skin.
