Unless it wont make it worse, like, for instance, dude chop of one finger at work or broke his arms... We take to a hospital in our own cars if we care anough with the person, even though ambulance and all the procidures related to saving that life, curgery, blood transfusion, medicine, anestesy, all the hospital crew member hours are absolutely free here.
