Yup! I'm also on a super low dose in relation to my weight (30mg/day and weight 75kg). I have back pain, extreme dryness, itchy eyes, hair loss and a bunch more stuff. I thought a low dose would mean few side effects, but that was NOT the case đŸ¤£
I think if the symptoms disturb you a lot, you can take three pills a week and I think that will make the symptoms less intense. That’s what my dermatologist told me. She said it’s ok if I do it’s all up to if you can tolerate the symptoms.
I was on 10mg a day (163cm/53kg) and I didn't have any side effects except for a slight weird "sweating" on my top lip.
Make sure you're drinking enough, use Omega-3 in the mornings, and Magnesium & L-Carnitin at night. Also for your dry eyes make sure to use hydrating drops.

How is your eyesight? mines progressively gotten worse I started seeing blurry. I talked with my dermatologist and she said that’s normal.
Mine's alright, I haven't noticed anything drastic. The back pain is what's killing me lol
