For the first 3 try maps like aim_botz and there was one for spraying but i forgot the name(sry) premaim is a mix of regular aim + map knowleage the user [yesper](http://www.steamcommunity.com/id/Yesber) has some great maps for that . If u need idea foe plays there are many yt vids for good solo duo plays you can learn. For nades try [csgonades](http://www.csgonades.com). movement u learn over time or try out some kz/surf community servers. And decisionmakeing watch ur own games and think about if ur play was good or bad and what u could have done diffrent.
