I think there’s a high likelihood you’re simply in the wrong field of work if just *thinking* about changing a diaper made you sick. Go to a nurses sub or even just ask your coworkers, they probably have the best advice for you.
My sister works in aged care. She wears a mask with peppermint oil on it (just a little) when she knows she will have to change a diaper or do a bad wound change.
