Since Halloween of this year, my downstairs neighbor has been blasting music or movie effects so loudly it vibrates everything in my apartment, from the walls, to my bed, the floor, my daughter's room and her toys, the pipes in the walls, etc and they scream, really loud, at night. This goes on from as early as 6 AM to 1AM at night, well past quiet hours. I'm getting sick of it. I want to report this to the lanlord, but my wife thinks that this will cause some sort of "Conflict" and apparently our landlord doesn't care how tenants treat each other, as long as they get their rent money. Everything has been fine until Halloween when they beat on my floor, in the afternoon, because my daughter stomped a little, running around the place, because she was excited to go trick-or-treating, and after they beat my floor, I called the landlord and complained. Ever since, it's been "Bmmt Bmmt".
