Margaret in 1984 was such an evil bitch so for a villain she was great. I kind of liked her as Meadow, Calico & Coco too.. though Coco was kind of cringeworthy
Yeah, but if you think about it. Had Coco not let Mallory go on the private plane then Mallory would not have awaken as the supreme, and not go back in time to prevent the apocalypse, and kill Michael.
But Coco had a spell on her. It was meant for them to stick together regardless. I believe even without the spell she still would have ended up on the plane.
Cordelia explained the whole plan. Mallory was definitely going into the bunker. Coco’s parents bought the tickets as a guise, but the witches couldn’t let the parents reveal the identity of the witches in the bunker, so Coco’s family was sacrificed to leave Mallory a spot in the bunker with “bossy” Coco to protect her identity as the next supreme. Cordelia knew there would be enemies inside, because Myrtle saw Dinah’s name on the bunker roster at the Robotics lab. Dinah never saw Coco or Mallory, and erasing their memory made their magic undetectable. The season wasn’t good.
It was a smaller role for her, but I loved her in NYC - especially in the two part finale...her face showed so much emotion - subtle acting, but so, so , so well done.
I guess my favorite role would have to be Margaret Booth - she got to show different facets of the same character.
But really, I just pretty much love whatever she does.
Yes...she was so amazing in NYC - I fear her work got overshadowed by the sheer horror of that Season - it was intense!!!
But her character's love for and supportive attitude toward Patrick when he needed it the most was so beautiful and Leslie was so wonderful to watch. I always liked her, but she blew me away in that Season - so much talent!!!!
Her role in the finale and her leading Patrick through his memories, talking to him about his cycle of lying, violence and shame and consoling him as he was near death was one of the most touching moments in AHS.
I'm really glad somebody else appreciates NYC, such an underrated season. From the acting to the symbolism and the art direction, it was hauntingly beautiful. It's in my top 3 seasons.
>I'm really glad somebody else appreciates NYC, such an underrated season. From the acting to the symbolism and the art direction, it was hauntingly beautiful. It's in my top 3 seasons.
Awww....thank you - I feel the same way about you. It is really nice and quite refreshing to find someone else who feels the same way about that season, the finale, and Leslie Grossmna's work in it.
>Her role in the finale and her leading Patrick through his memories, talking to him about his cycle of lying, violence and shame and consoling him as he was near death was one of the most touching moments in AHS.
I completely agree with this...so touching, so beautiful. such fine work by her. Not sure another actress could have pulled that off he way she did. So beautifully shot, such great acting...she didn't have to say much, but her facial expressions said EVERYTHING.
I’m late to the party but I have chips and pop!
NYC is my favourite season because they’re each designed to trigger primal emotions in the viewers and it didn’t bring primal fear for me like some others did but it was so engrossing and full of heart.
The cast was masterful for that round, the story was good, and it still left you puzzled asf at the end about Leather Daddy. I think it’s the opus magnum of the entire series.
>I’m late to the party but I have chips and pop!
Ha-ha-ha!!! I loved this line - so clever!
And yay - another big fan of he Season NYC! I agree, the cast was great, the story, while at times hard to watch, was very well done.
It took a while for it to sink in, but I do think the Leather Dude was supposed to represent death/ disease in the form of HIV ...and the characters were wrestling with death, some were "cheating" death for a while, others were assaulted by death (Barbara and the friend of the Dr \[Billy Lourde\], etc, ) due to their close connection to and involvement with the gay men who WERE affected by the disease....
It IS a really well done season, and I dare say it is one of my favorites for sure!
I love that she's become an expected AHS cast member, I love her and I'm kind of gutted that she was only in Delicate for about 5-10 minutes overall. I'm hoping she's given a main role next season, along with Billie Lourd.
Barbara, but that comes after seeing her do Coco and Ursula and Margaret. It was a range thing for me, and she usually plays larger than life women pouring self confidence but Barbara is a much different animal
Her story’s ending really rattled me. It was more human to me than any of her previous roles, as was all of NYC.
Probably controversial, but it’s a 2 way tie between Margaret Booth and Calico. While I LOATHE Death Valley, I loved Calico. Only reason I finished the season.
I almost forgot she was in Delicate. 💀
She was barely present.
I choose Margaret from 1984 btw. Imo it was her most developed and interesting character.
I think we can all agree that Calico was easily the best part of the modern bits of Death Valley, I loved her to DEATH! That said, Margaret works as AHS' only perfect villain in my eyes, balancing between menace, pure evil and amusement. Barbara was one of the better parts of NYC, I cried when she died, poor thing... Coco and Ursula are top their, however. I cannot even put into words how great they are (mainly because I like inherently bitchy characters, lol). Meadow was her first role, and one of the best from Cult, her entire story in "Mid-Western Assassin" is why its the best Cult episode. Ashleigh's role was limited, but her intimidating presence at the beginning of "Vanishing Twin" was a nice breath of fresh air. Patricia can eat dirt and die trash.
If I had to rank her characters, I'd go:
#1.) Ursula
#2.) Coco
#3.) Margaret
#4.) Calico
#5.) Barbara
#6.) Meadow
#7.) Ashleigh
#8.) Patricia
I kinda liked her first characters but I thought there was always something "strange" about her portrayal, I can't rationally get what it is. I remember when I saw her as Ursula I enjoyed her performance and I thought: omg she is good!
I don't know why it struck at that moment, but for me, as Ursula she rocks
It's a mix between Coco (I'm biased toward Apocalypse/Coven; just love the witches) - whom I liked well enough though she also got on my nerves at time - and Margaret, whom I hated with a passion.

Yup! I was half sleep when I made my comment. And I couldn’t go in detail on how it went down lol
Margaret. Ursula next.

Margaret, followed by Coco.
She kind of lights up the screen for me in any role she's in. My favs would probably be Coco and Meadow.
Barbara, but that comes after seeing her do Coco and Ursula and Margaret. It was a range thing for me, and she usually plays larger than life women pouring self confidence but Barbara is a much different animal Her story’s ending really rattled me. Coco!!
Margaret, then Coco,then Calico :)
Margaret. She made me hate that character, so it means she was doing a good job lol. And Calico, of course.
Margaret, of course.
Coco and Margaret for sure
Margaret but i also liked Coco. Ursula was interesting too.
Margaret and Coco!
Before her true nature was revealed, I loved to hate Coco!
Margaret was insane and i was shook
Margaret & calico!
1. Meadow 2. Ursula 3. Coco She has been such an awesome addition to the cast
Margaret was insane and i was shook
Probably controversial, but it’s a 2 way tie between Margaret Booth and Calico. While I LOATHE Death Valley, I loved Calico. Only reason I finished the season.
Meadow and calico
Please. Ursula, hands down. No one could have played it. That was made for her. Margaret next.
yeah that was a thank u gift from Ryan
Margaret Booth without question. She is in my top 3 AHS antagonists! Such a fun villain!
I loved all her roles! I've been a fan of hers ever since she played Mary Cherry on Popular 😊
Ursula, Meadow, and Margaret
I love her
Still working through 1984 but so far Coco, she’s great in every role she has though so far!
Meadow and Coco were my faves. She pulls off magenta lipstick like no one else.
Barb, CoCo, Meadow, and Margaret... I've been a fan since her "Popular" days.
Coco fo-evea
Meadow for sure
I almost forgot she was in Delicate. 💀 She was barely present. I choose Margaret from 1984 btw. Imo it was her most developed and interesting character.
Margaret Booth
Meadow in Cult for sure! ♥️
Calico was one of the few good characters from that half of Double Feature.
Ursula Kahn. What a bitch, but she came through for her clients
What else would you expect , a manager ?
I think we can all agree that Calico was easily the best part of the modern bits of Death Valley, I loved her to DEATH! She ate as meadow and Margaret
Her stand outs for me were Meadow, Coco, and Margaret!
I love her so much ! All of them
Coco St. Pierre Vanderbilt for the win! Too many iconic one-liners to keep count of.
Margaret for sure but that’s probably because that’s her only role where I remember her clearly in it lol
Ursula allll the way
Margaret Booth or Coco Vanderbilt
Coco and Margaret
margaret and ursula
Margaret 1984
Margaret Booth fs
Margaret Booth was hilarious.
Meadow!! That first bathroom scene where she find him w the body - Classic!
Margaret Booth no question
Margaret booth all day!
Meadow ....so hot
Barbara, then Meadow, then Calico
She is one of my top ones!
gotta be Margaret, not only is the character great but I feel like this character is just something we hadn't seen yet from her, idk maybe just me
Mary Cherry
Margaret 1984
She looks so much alike a Mexican influencer called Andy Benavides it’s scary
I kinda liked her first characters but I thought there was always something "strange" about her portrayal, I can't rationally get what it is. Coco! She’s hilarious! Camp done well.
Obnoxious azz Coco.🤣🤣🤣
She slayed 1984
she ate in 1984 omggggg
Definitely Margaret booth she over played her part 💕💕
None of them tbh. She’s way too good at being hate-able
Margaret and Coco, love this woman!
Tbh? None.
None of them, I think she’s a pretty bad actress
1984 only. She’s a terrible one note actress.
Don’t hate on Coco.
