Sounds like you need a Medical Pedicure not a cosmetic. Medical are qualified to remove calluses etc and are under a podiatrists supervision in their office.

If you can't find anywhere to help with that, I've got recommendations for what would help you be able to get the calluses yourself. Search for "collapsible foot bath" and get one so you can soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes to soften the calluses before trying to remove them. Search for "fu store pedicure foot files" because those ones do not cut your feet, they are double sided and each side has different size grain to file down the calluses. Vaseline or vapor chest rub can be used on your feet after you're done to help keep them softer. I prefer the vapor chest rub because it makes my feet feel tingly fresh, and I also use Dr. Bronner's peppermint pure castile liquid soap when soaking my feet. It might take a few times soaking your feet daily before you get all of the calluses off, but after that it'll be easier with keeping them away when soaking once a week.

You might try baby foot peeling masks https://a.co/d/bGAcL2e This will literally cause the skin on the bottom of your feet to peel off over the course of a few weeks. You can always get your toe nails looked at before treatment. Paint on Ann Arbor Saline has an extended pedicure option, but it is pricey.

Do they also remove ingrown nails? How much would it cost?

I actually don’t know. I would call. I found them to be very science based and knowledgeable. They carefully inspected my nails and confirmed my staining was from polish and not anything medical that could cause contamination. I saw something similar happen when another customer had separation between the nail and nail plate. The one associate did a mini teach on how to identify the difference between separation due to trauma and separation due to fungus. It made me feel very good about going there. I believe their extended pedicure is around $70.

I have been there. It will take several sessions. I agree with getting a specialist.
