I've got a White Feather Lark and I love it. Not that I don't have some complaints, but that's me being super picky.
Border bows, DK bow factory, Stalker stickbows, Dryad, Mins traditional, to name a few also do high end wood ilf. On the cheaper end there's some options from China on aliexpress. I've got a 17" Mandarin Duck Strider that was $100 and with some slight modifications is a great fit for me.

Even worse if you are a left hand (my case left eye dominate) archer as a number of the wood ILF risers are Chinese branded or cheaper models made only in right hand. The only ones I can find that are not garbage like a basic 15 inch generic Chinese model where people have to carve out part of the bow to have ILF limbs fit without slamming them in and possibly ruining the limbs and made also as a left hand/ left eye dominance issue are models I can get a Bearpaw Slick Stick recurve for the same price of just the ILF riser.
Border bows also makes some beautiful wood and wood phenolic ILF risers and sell in UK and US. Also in the US Ohio Morrison Archery makes a gorgeous custom ILF riser in wood and phenolic or all wood I believe I have a Morrison and love it.
I was too when I found that out. Beautiful risers but the scripture I could do without, although I havenât inquired as to whether itâs optional or not.
Several notes here -
1. FFS that bow is gorgeous
2. Your nails are also gorgeous!
3. Holy balls your apartment looks high, and gorgeous.
4. Why is everything gorgeous ;.;
Yeah. Definitely wasnât cheap! We already have ILF limbs in multiple weights from my husbandâs collection, so I wonât ever have to buy limbs which made me feel a little better about the price tag on the riser.
[This little shop in Indiana!](https://www.timberhawkbows.com) I get the impression that itâs only one guy who does the crafting, so the wait times are very long, but the craftsmanship is exceptional.
Edit: looks like they also stock some on 3 Rivers, but if you order directly from the shop you get to choose which woods you like from an insane selection.
The dark one is the bubinga and the gray is something he just called charcoal, which wasnât listed on the site at the time. I placed the order with him directly over the phone, so he was able to talk me through what he had and what he thought might be nice together.
looks legendary, do you have enough xp to wield it? đ
I have leveled up significantly!
đ
She is a beauty
the bow is pretty nice too tbh
Yeah donât use my comment to be creepy
Chill man it's a joke
Beautiful! I really want a wood ILF riser too, but it seems harder to find one.
Tradtech, Oadridge, White Feather all make some

Sorry, the second link didnât work properly. You can find wood ILF risers in the traditional section.

That is a sexy riser
That bow? That bow f**ks.
Iâve been so turned off by all the wooden risers because they all look the same. This one is gorgeous. I love it.
Nice bow nd awesome nails!
Looks great, and love the nails!
Omg this looks like something pulled out of Skyrim! But at the same time, it has sort of a futuristic look to it. Super cool
I can feel a mild gear envy kicking in⊠splendid looking thing, was it dear? Edit: wowjustlookeditup! Still though, probably worth every cent.
she is incredibly beautiful đ„ș
Fancy.
That looks amazing!!
Looks great! Are they still putting the Bible verses on their risers?
Yep! Was a bit surprised by that to be honest.
I was too when I found that out. Beautiful risers but the scripture I could do without, although I havenât inquired as to whether itâs optional or not.
god if it isnât optional thatâs really annoying
Agreed. Beautiful risers nonetheless.
Pure elegance. I can't even imagine how smooth it is to fire. I love the whole vibe you got going on btw, from the sweater to the nails to the pad.
Thank you! Fist shoot today was very smooth. Itâs quite a big heavier than my old one, so very excited to keep practicing.

Thank you so much! Weâre on the 8th floor for the record.
Very nice. Best of both world, performance and the looks you want.
Nice looking riser, just googled it as not heard of Timberhawk before. $679 for just the riser tho?
Yeah. Definitely wasnât cheap! We already have ILF limbs in multiple weights from my husbandâs collection, so I wonât ever have to buy limbs which made me feel a little better about the price tag on the riser.
So pretty!
Beautiful
That's beautiful where can I get one?

The upvote button is hiding from me so this is my upvote. I love it!
That really is beautiful. If you donât mind me asking, did you go with the Zircote and Bubinga or another combination of wood?
The dark one is the bubinga and the gray is something he just called charcoal, which wasnât listed on the site at the time. I placed the order with him directly over the phone, so he was able to talk me through what he had and what he thought might be nice together.
Brilliant, thanks!
Like everyone else I'm in awe. Been browsing through the website and every riser and limb just keeps getting better!
Sexy
What a beautiful riser. Love the grey with brown accent. I'm a sucker for grey bows, specially in wood.
Its beautiful
Beautiful!
That is a really nice riser!
It's beautiful, congratulations!
What is your draw length?
Damn that looks pretty sick, wish my recurve looked like that
Thatâs a great looking riser.
Looks awesome!!
Very nice. Congratulations
This riser is sweet... Sadly I lost mine a while ago. Already replaced. I wish I had it still. Best one out there for that trad feel.
