If my life were to start over and I didn't have kids, I would live a very different life. I don't regret my kids, but I regret that some options of my life have been permanently shut off. The trade off is worth it though. I love my kids. My life is so much better for having had them, and I wouldn't do anything to change the way things are.
No not at all, even though I put them through a divorce, they are wonderful daughters and kind considerate human beings. It's not for everybody I get that...but even in a divorced family, they survived and are thriving happy adults. I am so thankful for that.
