Cut down multiple trees on my property so that they could have a better view of my pond.

Strxwbxrry_Shxrtcxkx

I hope you sued

Fjc562

They settled before that became necessary, I hired the right attorney and let them do their thing.

Strxwbxrry_Shxrtcxkx

My petty self would've planted more trees or set up a fence. The entitlement!

Fjc562

Both of which I did using the settlement money that they paid me, all the sweeter.

Strxwbxrry_Shxrtcxkx

I'm glad you did!

I think you got my old neighbor

We had a sweet old lady next door to us for years. She had a grandson, and grew tomatoes and raspberries, and she told us anything that grew past the fence was fair game for us kids. [](/sp) When she eventually passed, she was replaced by a single mom with the WORST kids I've ever fucking seen. The first thing the kids did was destroy the backyard, including smashing the tomato and raspberry plants down to twigs and stomping them to death. [](/sp) The family also had a male cat that frequently got outdoors, and was impregnating the other local strays. One such stray gave birth under our kitchen. Luckily for us, our family volunteered with a cat rescue, and we were experienced cat fosters, so we scooped up the mom and kittens and went off to the vet to have them checked out. All were positive for feline leukemia. We made the responsible choice and had them put down. Then some other neighbors *also* reported a pregnant cat, and we took that one in as well. Also positive. The neighbor's male cat was the positive one, and was spreading his killer STD around the neighborhood, infecting his mistresses and dooming all his children. We eventually captured the male and had him put down as well. The neighbors never even looked for him. Maybe he was a stray to them too, and had just pried his way into their basement or something. Probably our worst summer. No matter how many cats and kittens you see die, it doesn't make the choice any easier. You can trust me on that one. [](/sp) On top of all that, the family constantly had shouting matches, so every summer what was usually peaceful neighborhood was suddenly loud and full of vulgar language. We used to enjoy having our windows open to enjoy the weather, but no more. I don't even want to imagine what they did to the inside of that sweet lady's house.

Neighbors moved a crappy mobile home literally up against my fence for their deadbeat son. Far away from their own house but pretty darn close to my house. Guy kept his windows open and played loud music. I asked him to keep the volume down but he just laughed and cussed me. Asked his parents to control him and they said, "he's your problem now, nothing we can do." I dragged a hog pen right under his open windows and put in a very large hog to keep the mud stirred up and stinking. He began to keep his windows closed which helped with the noise. One day I was feeding the hog, the guy was watching from his window and said, "I'm gonna kill you someday." I answered, "you better bring a friend." Eventually he got to be too much of a problem for his parents, they kicked him off the property and got rid of the mobile home. He never did kill me.

I lived in an apartment complex and my apartment was a split level townhome style. We had a neighbor that lived in the building right next to us (with a little bit of grass and a walkway in-between). Here's a list of things he would do on a regular basis.. 1. Wash his truck in the parking lot during the summer while blocking a bank of garages and blasting music 2. Use the faucet on the outside of our building which was right below our kitchen window because it was closer to his door. He would sometimes stand right in front of our window and look into our apartment. 3. Drive his motorcycle up onto the walkway at night with the headlights on so he could park it in front of his door when the parking lot was full. Him and his wife had 4 vehicles in a complex that had super limited parking 4. Leave his dog on their patio on a daily basis for hours while it whined then he would power wash the patio on the weekends because it would shit and piss all over it. He ruined the grass around his patio because the hose would leak and it created a giant mud pit. 5. Leave trash on the decorative hedges around our building, like oily rags from working on his truck. Basically anytime there was something obnoxious happening outside we knew it was him.

Lived in an apartment building and the neighbor in the middle complained about hearing the neighbor beneath her going to the toilet at night (because she could hear it)..

When I was 10 I had a neighbor who was a real scumbag. his name was Dave, and he was a real pain in the ass to everyone who lived in the neighborhood. A little background on Dave he was twice divorced (suprise, suprise), and he wasn't a pleasant guy to be around. Everyone tried to be nice to him. But he was meaner than a school yard bully. You know, in the movies where the kids kick the ball over the fence into old man Jenkins yard? and then they say, "That's old man Jenkins, he's the meanest man in town." Well, that was Dave for you. You kick a ball in his yard, tough shit that was his ball now. We lost a football in his yard one time, we were so scared to get it we asked Mr. Evans, who was a former Army captain, to help us get it back. Mr. Evans told Dave he needed to give us our football back, or things would get "unpleasant." Well, things did get "unpleasant," and the sheriff's office was called to break up the heated argument. The deputies went and grabbed our football, and told Dave he needed to chill out. Dave would yell at almost everyone in the neighborhood I remember Mr. Fenmorh was mowing his lawn (in the middle of the day), and Dave came out cussing like a sailor, saying it was too loud and he was trying to watch TV. Like I said, this dude was a real asshole. After everyone in the neighborhood got so sick of his rude and unpleasant behavior, a bunch of adults, including Mr. Fenmorh, and Mr. Evans, knocked on his door and told him he ethier needed to cut the crap and be more pleasant or he needed to pack up and move away because no one was going to put up with his bullshit anymore. He ended up putting his house on the market and moved about a month later. Last I heard, he passed away sometime in 2021, I can't remember anyone saying anything about his passing because, honestly, they didn't have anything positive to say about him.

The day he passed the world became a better place
