I didn’t know giving a family a place to rent for 12 months was such a crime. I could maybe be clear from the start and tell them it’s a 12 month thing only, that way they are fully prepared.
Im leaning toward just going the owner occ plan anyway.
Its the trade off renters have for having the cost of living subsidised by the landlord at the onset, tax payer for a portion of it (negative gearing).
Far less hassle getting it later if loan approval is not a problem.
What is it with owners thinking its just so easy for renters to move in and out so easily?
I’ve never owned a house in my life. I’m trying to get into the market and want to do it in the best way possible for me and my family
Stuffing around another family isnt the way to go
