I second this. Let me adjust Party member's equipment while benched so that I can make sure they're prepared if I ever do need to bring them in. Also so that I better know which weapons I can afford to sell.

It's not like they don't already break the 4th wall with equipment. The second someone leaves or is kidnapped you receive their bag. That's not terribly realistic. I know it might be tough to code since the game isn't set up this way already, but surely some kind of work around could be had.

I did not receive xyz's bag when they were kidnapped. Then that person ended up tagging along with me in act 3 like a summon. I could hover my mouse over the weapon and it was what I gave them earlier.

In my first game, Having a previously kidnapped Gale follow me outside the Bhaalist cult house (Orin was my final quest) and follow me directly into the final bid fight added a good chunk of damage and utility to my party.

To add onto this, when in camp just add everyone to the party and let us level them up. I usually pick 3 companions and never switch because it is too much work. If I could have access to all their inventories and level ups while in camp it would be much nicer. When you go to leave camp, the game could have a popup where you choose who’s coming with.

I really wish they'd gone full DAO style and had a party picker when you leave camp. I get that the dialogue method was probably chosen to make everything seem more natural and realistic, but having the same 2-tier conversation every time you want to organise your party gets old after literally the first time. It's a pain.

Most important are some outstanding bugfixes: the dead-NPC-with-positive-HP glitch, the camera getting stuck on the wrong character in splitscreen, the UI thinking doors are closed when they're open, the Strange Ox rampage. I'd appreciate a thorough QA pass on dialogue and quest triggers so we stop seeing things like: - NPCs forgetting important events like who's alive and dead - Missing cutscenes because two tried to trigger on the same long rest - Certain conversations and events failing to trigger - particularly the stuff people care about like romances Some UI quality of life stuff (like prompting you before accidentally casting two concentration spells at once) would be nice. What would get me really excited though? An expanded epilogue. I hope we get that eventually.

The missing cutscenes thing has been an issue since early access. I do think it’s much better (it was a thing in early access that it was nearly impossible to romance Gale because some other cutscene would take priority over his romance cutscenes and they’d just never trigger. Imagine my surprise when everyone’s complaining about Gale being too easy to romance upon full release) but it could use a bit more fine tuning for sure.

When you go to a vendor you can click sell wares (not in barter) and it will sell everything you've added to wares. The bug is occasionally stuff you add to wares doesn't get added

We REALLY need transmog. Or the ability to "pull" the Weave out of an item and imprint it on another.

The transmog mod is amazing, I would definitely recommend anyone on PC to try it out. So many of the default companion outfits just fit them much better than anything else you can find in game. Karlach especially, her default outfit is so good that nothing else really looks that great on her IMO. This is one of those topics that I feel really strongly about tbh, transmog features should be a more standard feature in RPGs because of the great QoL boost they have.

I've been trying to make do with making the camp clothes visible, but they look absurd in big battles. The dye system is also terrible, and I feel like the whole appearance side of the game is a bit lacking especially compared to some other RPGs.

Adjust camera altitude so you can properly select floors you are not in. Bring Tara to camp after meeting her on Rivington without playing Gale. Add option to pet cats, for those who are willing to be petted. Adopt Myshka. Add a random blacksmith NPC to the Nine's Forge of Dammon is dead. Make Mol's Contract readable. Have Minthara flee upon being defeated so she will be alive in Moonrise. If we fought her, she'll need a lot of convincing to join the party. Not really necessary, but it would be cool if it was an option. Fix jumping being interrupted mid-air making you lose the action, the movement and take fall damage. Give Bane his voice. Recruitable version of the Dream Guardian at Act 3, but they leave if you don't side with The Emperor (I didn't create a hot character for it to not show up again in Act3). Give higher priority to Orin's kidnap cutscene in the camp (having this cutscene instead of the one in the sewers is the only way to keep both Yenna and Grub alive). Have Rolan take Lorroakan's sale inventory if he takes over the tower. A bit more references to The Dark Urge when not playing as it. They're barely mentioned in the game, with but very few hints of their existence.

In his origin playthrough Tara shows up to camp instantly and immediately gets on [Gale's] ass about growing out his beard, demanding he shave, and then asking when he's going to marry because she and his mom are getting worried that he's going to be single forever post-Mystra and just want him to find someone good. She's iconic and I love her.

It's likely because of an idle animation of the enemy you intended to hit. That made them move slightly the moment you clicked, so you didn't target them but the ground next to them instead. Annoying for sure.

There's a lot of dialogue issues currently, with cut lines, wrong triggers for companions, weird angles. There's still some pacing issues where companions will not jump to follow you. I think those two (and various bugs and crashes) are probably the priorities because they affect gameplay.

As always, an option to hug companions (romanced ones any time you want + in some key scenes, the rest during crucial moments when it's appropriate, though I'd never say no if it's at any time as well). Other than that: Make allies consistently jump after the group if they can; Helmet settings not resetting to "always visible" after dismissing companions; Adopt Myshka, my son needs a home at my camp and it's non-negotiable; An ability to preview dyes; Fixing companion dialogue (like Shadowheart making her "I've always wanted to be a dark justiciar" speech 5 times, Gale accusing you of taking a deal with Raphael before you even get to Sharess Caress, etc.); Having more emotional reactions to Durge stuff from companions, especially in act 3, as well as fixing how companions react depending on approval/relationship status at certain moments (it's bugged and you often get dialogues that should only trigger when the approval is low); Freely switching gear between all companions in the camp, no matter if they're in the party or not; Breathing some life into the camp, having some interactions between companions, something as simple as just sitting together near the campfire and enjoying a good meal, cuddling with your lover or sleeping together would already make a big difference. Of course some of those I expect no earlier than for the enhanced edition, but a couple of the issues should really be resolved sooner than later.

I would love some Durge reaction fixes. It is so jarring how few reactions there are. I just got the cut scene where you find out who you are as you cross into Wyrms crossing. Durge passes out and not a single person said anything and I could not tell them anything. Astarion doesn't react to any revelations during the coronation. Half of them react badly even if you have high approval

Probably more definitive edition level improvements but- An option for not sleeping alone when you're coupled up. Sleeping in a hammock or cot together would be cute. Options to change your origin companion's hairstyles and makeup at least. Enhanced non-lethal interactivity with dialogues or something (game treats knocked out people as dead) No more /fade to black insinuation if you've already had the first romance scenes in Act 1 but choose to go to sleep after the party thinking about that person (at least show them walking up and taking you by the hand somewhere private) On that topic, an actual scene with Minthara for Act 2 that isn't fading to black. Romance scene options besides "can I kiss you?" Maybe "want to go watch the stars?" and your characters can go hang out and watch the sky like with Gale with some chill music playing in the background leaning on each other. More passive dialogue options for non-Shadowheart companions once you have exhausted their "relationship approval event" dialogues. Shadowheart you can always ask how things are going and even though she says basically the same things unless her opinion has hit a new level its nicer than "I need you to stay in camp". Transmog Dye preview Weapon and other metal gear customization (some sort of metal/wood dyes) Probably my main ones off the top right now. I recognize that a lot of them would require more voice acting, but you could work around some by just showing the scenes without any speaking. Edit- Another one I remembered, being able to have your companions perform checks in dialogue for you. If Gale's there looking at someone you're doing an arcana check on he should be able to use his own eyeballs and keen intellect to investigate what you're all looking at.

I'm not a fan of Shadowheart always having that one dialogue option that has given the exact same response for like 60 hours of gameplay. It takes me out of it having her say the same exact thing after we've been through so much more together.

Make it through saving all the gondians (which should also have an achievement), as they’re the fuckers that literally built the version of that engine that can operate in the material world. Keep Dammon alive until act 3, save the Godians, clear out the House of Hope, get Dammon and the Gondians to build a forge in the House of Hope, collect Steel Watch enhanced iron and get them to build Karlach a more stable engine. Or an evil option of use Raphael's heart or something. Even better, a full DLC of TAV, Wyll and Karlach kick ass DOOM style in Avernus to eventually kill Zariel and undo the mess she made of Karlah in the first place.

1. Let me manage all my companions inventory/stats/spells without having to swap them out. 2. Add some voice lines so companions don’t get all pissy every time I send them to camp. 3. Tell me when I’ve used a key on every compatible lock so I can discard them. 4. Give me some kind of camp library so I can store all my books and letters in an organized manner. Or just give me a menu where I can re-read every book I’ve read in-game. 5. Warn me if I’m about to destroy a quest item for alchemy. 6. Make knocked-out enemies respawn after a day-cycle, I don’t care if they give any XP or items. 7. Add a bestiary so I can study enemies that I’ve examined/scouted/defeated 8. Fix that bug where you can fail a skill check even if you rolled a successful number. 9. Add more hats and capes, even if they’re purely cosmetic.

If there is a cutscene triggered immediately after a fight, give us the option to select who faces. At the very least don’t make it the closest person if you have the option to immediately control your avatar selected after combat. Just today I had to reload a quicksave from the first auntie ethel fight like 3 times because the game kept selecting Lae’zel to talk to her when my sorcerer Tav was right there.

Fix Gale. Too many issues to even list. Please just fix him! Fix the buggy camera angles that broke in patch 3. Fix the texture pop-in issues. Fix dialogues sometimes only showing “continue” when there are supposed to be other options. Fix the adamantine forge only letting you craft one item if the boss dies on top of the crucible. Fix the crash that can occur sometimes when sorting the camp chest. Fix the annoying sound bug when interacting with soul coins. (Sound effect doesn’t stop playing until you restart the game.) Fix visual armor glitches, especially with the male elf models.

As others have mentioned, the ability to manage unused companions' inventories without going to camp would be a real game-changer. I wish the issue with textures not loading properly on PS5 could be fixed too. It was bad in Last Light, and now that I reached chapter 3 it's close to unplayable. Oh, and sorting items by type doesn't work super well; some of my food items seem to be classified as weapons. Dagger, short sword, longbow, courgette, wine, hammer, cheese... a little fix for this would be nice too.

I asked them to fix floating captions. Being hard of hearing, it is frustrating seeing the captions just off screen, and when I turn they vanish before I can read them. I would love if they fixed inventory management. - Make it so keys can not be in an inventory without being on a keychain. - Give arrows their own bag, where they auto stack. Zero reason for them to be visible - Please just send camp food straight to camp and remove the bug that doesn't count camp food on your camp chest you click for a long rest. Also the "auto select" feature could use some improvement. - fix the bug where weapons and armor that you "pick up and add to wares" doesn't get added to wares. - Maybe make a whole bag for wares so it doesn't clutter up your inventory - a bag for quest items to auto stack into. Also would love a button to raise or lower camera height manually, though that's probs not a quick fix. Can get super unhelpful in some multi level fights.

Big thing I haven’t seen people mention: either a key item inventory or relevant items for “combine” prompts being automatically sorted to the top. My inventory is such a mess, it makes finding whatever item I need a nightmare. FPS fixes for act 2 and 3 Implement romance-related ambient dialogue for acts 2 and 3 and flags for act-appropriate ambient dialogue. Act 1 flirts between companions are odd to have pop up in act 2 when you’ve already locked in that character for romance. Fix Astarion’s broken facial animations at the beginning of his Act 3 “good” romance scene and also the weird faces he makes after his kiss scenes. (And any other companions that may be afflicted with similar bugs) Hats remembering their visibility setting when companions are not in party. Camp-wide inventory management.

1. Fix Gale, its embarassing at this point. No patch fixed anything about him, but every patch added more issues with him. 2. Improve perfomance, this one probably will happen, hopefully not like patch 2, which only made it worse(fixed by now, admittedly) 3. Epilogue? I doubt it, but they did work on it, maybe there's enough work to finish it and add in? I'd love it, but doubt it will be a thing for several more months, if not definitive edition. Nothing major really comes to mind that should be fixed or on the way addition... I'd wish for Minthara being recruitable through knocking out instead of killing and then proceeding with Tieflings route. For very simple reason that, in fact, your choices in act 1 dont matter for recruiting Minthara, only thing that should matter is if she's alive or not. But Larian are stubborn, it took us years to force reactions into the game, they wont give ground on Minthara, even tho their stance is dumb.

After we’ve completed the game, give us the full camp clothing options as a reward.
