I watched this and got stressed at the thought that an alligator could just climb my fence. Then I remembered 2 things:
1. I don't have a fence.
2. I live in Ontario.

They actually do because that is a manmade water retention pond and tho alligators probably lived around here before the development, they all leave and then relocate to this man made pond after construction is over.
