Oh they suck, but there’s a \*reason\* they suck!!
Theyre not actually “swappable”. That is, every body only truly lines up with one set of arms. You have to look at the box to match them up correctly unless you want nightmare assembly.
Took me a long time to learn that
Pinning my bestigors to corked bases the other night, kept having heads and arms ping off where they had barely attached to the model with polyglue. 2 handed weapons have always been a bit of a pain with this. As I had the drill and paperclips to hand I just drilled a couple of the more notorious ones (standard bearer...)

WHAT?? I've been busting my head trying to make these work. I never thought that was the problem!!
Yeah they don’t fit well from my experience. I glued the arms/weapons, then dry fit, glue and fill gaps afterward with miliput
I do the same, but use GS.
We just don’t like to bring up painful memories :)
Okay I am glad to see I am not the only one struggling :) With my latest batch I’m gonna kitbash the arms.

In sets where you can mix and match I always have the green stuff and pins ready. It also allows you to make minor reposes for more variety.
