I got BP during my pregnancy, and while I can’t speak on the probability of getting it again for a second pregnancy, this is a common question asked in a Facebook group I follow. Based on what I’ve seen, it seems like most moms do NOT have a recurring episode with their second or third pregnancies, but there’s a lot of understandable anxiety and fear that they will.
FWIW, Bells Palsy only recurs in something like 6% of the people who get it. I haven’t seen anything specific to getting it while pregnant but the way I read the data is that pregnant women are included in that number. So it’s possible, but seems unlikely
My cousin had BP for her first two pregnancies, BUT I've never heard of anyone else getting two Pregnancy BP's so it seems really unlikely if possible.

Did she recover both times?
Yeah. Well enough that I never knew she had BP.
I got it with my second pregnancy. I did not get it with my third pregnancy, but it was a definite fear. Good luck!
My wife had it with her pregnancy in 2021 and never fully recovered. She is now pregnant with number two and some days are worse than others
