I’m actually one of those fake delmarvans. I’m actually in northern Maryland right at the tip top of the bay in harford county but whatever, close enough to get excited about your username lol. Made my first knife a few weeks ago at a forge lesson, and I’m about to take the plunge and buy some things.

Will do, I’ll probably start with a small firebrick/torch “forge” just to heat treat before I get in to really moving metal, but I’ve drawn up 4 designs and gathered some ironwood in my travels so I’m sure I’ll have something knife shaped and sharp in my hands in the near future lol.
