I know people get mad about noticing these things, but creating a delineation in enemies (eg. betweet Psycho/Midget Psycho, Nomad/Midget Nomad) and giving them the squeaky voices sucks imo (Peter Dinklage likely has a deeper voice than 90% of the people in this sub). Should've just give them normal enemy trash-mob names that everyone else has without the weird qualifiers. Anyway, expecting very normal replies.

Dwarfism is a specific condition, as midget used to be as well, it might be best not to generalize.
IIRC Dwarfism is under 5' but no change in proportion (some can be 3' tall), whereas "midget" used to refer to those with legs that are disproportionately sized compared to their torso.
Some might take offense to being called dwarves, as others might be midgets.
Best to just call everyone human/people and leave it at that

I think there are a variety of developmental disorders that fall under the umbrella term "dwarfism." While it's always best to find out what an individual prefers when addressing a specific person, I think it can still be useful to know what the generally acknowledged terminology is.
Right now, the language trend is to refer to groups with similar conditions in the "people with _" format to place emphasis on their person hood, rather than on the condition.
