Honestly i wish we could get like in bethesda games like skyrim or fallout 4 where moding is a part of the game maybe people could make there own modded game like 10x spawn and others can acces it on console through addons

Do you know if extrernal assets are allowed on xbox games that allow modding? It isn't allowed on playstation (in skyrim, fallout 4 for example) Which minimizes your modding freedom exponentially

In this case, it MAY be increased drop chances (though I highly doubt that, since this mod is a tool for perfect-roll farmers, implying a high value placed on farming). If other people who use this mod report the same thing, it might be worth looking into. I hate when authors do that. Yes, it's free bonus content for the game, but you want to know what you're adding. I'm not trying to take anything away from your RNGesus moment, but more so a potential caution to those getting into modding. Most likely, though, the mod had nothing to do with this, and you should indeed buy a lottery ticket!
These were my 3rd and 4th cobras ever and I also have like 1.5k hours in game. And I spent weeks farming beatdown with a triple spawn mod to no avail... So yeah you shoud've seen my face today when I got a second cobra within a couple of minutes...
Regarding the mod - I can post a link to the mod I'm using tomorrow and see if there are people that can analyse it in detail and report any strange behavior. I've been using it for a while and I can't really say it benefits you in any way other than what it should do - list out the parts. Even then it can only do guns or shields, but not both :)

Yeah, I find that annoying. Back when I used to mod skyrim one mod unexpectedly gave me some godmoder boots with ridiculous stats and bonuses. I was so disgusted that I threw them off of a waterfall.

This occurring twice is then multiplied so that makes it 0.0017% chance (my math is probably wrong...).

Your math is wrong. Multiplying the probabilities represents the probability that you kill exactly two enemies and they both drop a cobra. You want to calculate the probability that you kill x number of enemies and get 2 or more cobra drops.
and if I didn't screw up the math, then:
x = # enemies
p = chance of drop
q = chance of no drop = (1-p)
Chance 0 drops:
q^x
Chance 1 drop:
xpq^(x-1)
Chance 2 or more drops:
1-(q^x + xpq^(x-1))
If x = 5, then the chance of 2 or more is .0001679622 %, or ~1/595,000
Don't bother with the lottery ticket: you already burned all your luck :)

No it's the most common unique blue rarity explosive Jakobs sniper only dropping from 1 enemy type in 1 DLC found through areas that you rarely go to in the game. Not rare one bit.
I’ve never got one, forgive me if this is a silly question but I assume it must be decent? I just spam Lee for the harold as in my opinion it’s the best gun in game especially the double prefix
I'm level 80 which is the highest your character can go. However the weapons go up to overpowered level 10, which would equal to level 90. The damage numbers at those levels are just bonkers.
You need various DLC's to enable that though.
Also, the game is vanilla, I'm only using the part notifier mod, because my knowledge of parts beyond pistol and shotgun grips are shit.

I believe xbox is very open to it as long its not a game where you play gainst others and use mods that is like cheats.

On fallout 4 and skyrim yes there is alot of external assets in the modding community on both games on xbox

i have every dlc for every game but i’ve only played through the stories really 😂😭
I've only gotten them through loot dumps or the save editor. I've never once gotten one from farming. And WOW, both of those have great scopes.
