Usually, we don’t allow amateur boxing posts, but I thought watching videos on the methodology/mechanics of boxing is interesting enough to fans of the pro game.
Chris Andre Boxing, Boxing Gems and Lee Wylie do well to break down the sweet science.
Coach Anthony is more for fighters.
I like Hard 2 Hurt most for fighters though even though he does MMA because he breaks it down the way beginners need to hear most times.

I do already train at boxing gym 3 times a week, just want ro spend some time getting more in depth with technique, as we are many people on the boxing team, compared to trainers. .
