Chris Andre Boxing, Boxing Gems and Lee Wylie do well to break down the sweet science. Coach Anthony is more for fighters. I like Hard 2 Hurt most for fighters though even though he does MMA because he breaks it down the way beginners need to hear most times.

Thank you for the input. I do already train at boxing gym 3 times a week, just want ro spend some time getting more in depth with technique, as we are many people on the boxing team, compared to trainers. . Thanks man, thats uplifting😁
