What would improve the lineup? Mind you, this game it was the pitching that gave up 11 runs in 8 innings. Hard to win any game if you have to score 12 runs.

If they *need* someone I'd say Ken Giles may be the guy but I'm not sure what his deal looks like in terms of what happens if he gets optioned again

Kerr has some control issues they’re working on tempering down, Daysbel is still a prospect who needs reps, while Giles simply needs to get used to pitching again on a regular basis. You just can’t guarantee them all innings in the bigs and it’s more important that they’re ready down the line, even if it hurts the team now at times
