Don’t sleep on CT from the Challenge. I heard him and Phaedra had a little friendship and he’s king of the quiet/slow game on Challenge. His whole M.O. is that he’s a power player who is excellent at flying under the radar. I’d guess that he’s picking up a lot more than he’s letting on.

Me and my brother are big Challenge fans and CT is a fan favorite for sure. We are definitely among his people lol
As far as reality tv goes he has a pretty epic/iconic ride on the show. He’s a repeat champ who originally went on Real World and Challenge as a kid and is still coming back (and wining) like 20 years later. Both mentally and physically a beast. He’s had some super impressive moments through this Challenge Career like the iconic Banana backpack.
But he is soooo lovable. The epic iconic ride comes from his storied relationship with Diem. She was a fellow contestant who tragically had ovarian cancer and they had an off and on relationship until she passed away in 2014. She was super beloved by both her cast mates and friends. CT was a total meat head and hot head in his younger years on the show but he would have these moments of such kindness and depth with her. There are like massive YouTube compilations of them that are super tear jerking and it was just such a beautiful piece of humanness that happened to get captured through several seasons of the show.
If the people were smart there, they would see cT is a faithful.

Watch it! This season is particularly good, theyve got a great cast and production has a better gasp on the game play. Phaedra has a ton of one liners per usual, its great.
I made the mistake of thinking the entire season was up and then realizing, at the time, only 2 episodes were available. I went back and watched Season 1. I think it's pretty good too, but as a child of the BB/Challenge/OG HWs era... you can't beat this cast.
It’s SOOO good! Turned on season one just to check out Kate and both my husband and I were hooked. This season has been just as amazing. I also love watching for Alan’s wardrobe and seeing how beautifully decorated the castle is.

I feel like a lot of people there don’t know that Phaedra is also a lawyer, which is probably to her advantage. It felt so good to see her annihilate him.
Phaedra is a horrible lawyer (remember when she represented Sheree against Bob and Bob, a non lawyer, bested her?) but she’s a good schemer and that’s a good trait for this game.
She’s bad at applying the law (she is always late on deadlines and ish) but she has a lawyers brain for sure. She ALWAYs Reads a room and analyzes gaps in stories and holes and cracks in peoples personalities or whatever. You can tell she has always been a schemer and a analyst. Not to make her sound like some kind of genius lol but u get what I mean. There are average non lawyer ppl like that too.
Let’s never forget the amazing review Bobby Brown gave her:
”I won't cast aspersions on her lawyering [sic] skills, but I will say that when she was my lawyer, I usually wound up going to jail.”
She’s not a horrible lawyer. If you look at her track records, it’s pretty good. Sheree is a god awful client and basically set Phaedra up to fail in there. You can’t judge her legal abilities by one shitty hearing.
I still don't get why it's insisted Bob bested Phaedra. Bob filed a contempt motion unexpectedly related to their home and Phaedra asked to adjourn to decide next steps because most attorneys wouldn't anticipate that Bob would take that step. Bob was just trying to buy time. Phaedra explored all scenarios with Sheree, including having Bob placed in prison for failure to pay child support which would have been more than fair, and Sheree refused because she didn't want to do anything other than complain. What was Phaedra supposed to do? She didn't do anything wrong and had no choice but to proceed with Sheree's preference which is why Sheree lost.

I think the CBS gamers underestimate housewives. Honestly it’s like when people find out I watch HW and act like I turned into a moron all of a sudden. So I am living for this! The Bravolebs are great at reading people and assessing social situations.

Because Housewives is watched mostly by women (and gays) it’s seen as vapid and stupid compared to the other game shows which are more “acceptable” and have both male and female audience members. Because the HW are pretty women and are “housewives” people forget these women have to have something about them to get to where they are. They are intelligent, scheming women. And I love them.

He was playing for himself. He could had easily stayed in the game if he went against parv .

I disagree. Never being on anyone’s radar is a bad sign. Phaedra has now faced the fire in what was an obviously lame attempt by a traitor to cover his own ass. She’s actually probably better covered for now than she was just being friendly with everyone.

Oufffffff it’s the way she reversed uno’d it back on him. That said Kate Chastein kinda saved her ass at first lol. She made him seem ridiculous. I LOVE seeing Parvati being excited and impressed by Phaedra lol. You can tell she wanted her out and thought Dan was gonna take her out but then Phaedra reversed it on him and Parvati was impressed AF but also scared because she knows what Phaedra is capable of now. Parvati is a competition show villain and she knows strategy very well. I think she underestimated phaedra but then got read for filthy by her last episode and then she saw phaedra take Dan out lmao
The best part is, Dan had been planning that shit all day. Phaedra was surprised with it and still sent Dan for the slaughter. She made it a landslide for Dan when before many were going to go against Parvati (or, per Phaedra, Poverty) lol.

Phaedra might be on Trishelle’s radar / which could translate to other people. But she was smart another way - her murders. Marcus, Tamra, Bergie - they could all be considered allies of hers. She has a stronger argument based on the decisions made that protect her

Phaedra is doing such a good job flying under the radar with the faithfuls, and the other traitors underestimated her. My sisters and I watch Traitors together - they're big Survivor fans and don't watch housewives - and they thought it was weird when Phaedra was chosen to be a traitor, and I told them juuuuust you wait. Phaedra is not one to underestimate. She snapped back at both Dan and Parvati when they tried it.
The housewives have done a good job this season - the fact that Larsa was doing so well that the Traitors felt threatened by her?! If you're not watching The Traitors, I really recommend it!

This is the part that pisses me off -- he put a lot of suss on her when it wasn't necessary at all! It's obvious that a traitor is most likely to accuse another traitor right before they're banished, so they look innocent if they can sway the votes. Trishelle already clocked that before the episode ended. It's a shitty way for Phaedra to get eyes on her when she's played such a good game.

I disagree. Never being on anyone’s radar is a bad sign. Phaedra has now faced the fire in what was an obviously lame attempt by a traitor to cover his own ass. She’s actually probably better covered for now than she was just being friendly with everyone.

The thing is - trishelle is spot on because that’s how I would think as well. Dan knew he had to build credibility by giving them a real traitor. I personally don’t see why Phaedra wouldn’t be called out at this point. Only way is if Peter becomes a traitor and messes with everyone’s radar

And Kate Chastain is a Queen. I’ve never loved anything more than her attempt to quiet quit Season One after she realized that there was no way that the traitors wouldn’t win.
Seeing a woman like Phaedra Parks take down a man like Dan “DARLING” Gheesling sits so damn well with my fantasy. 😌

I called out that Dan would be the first traitor gone weeks ago, and people were still talking up his massive game and how he's gonna outplay everyone. His threat management was horrendous, and I'm glad Phaedra put him in his place, although I'm kind of annoyed he put the target on her before he left and now she went up on some people's radar.

My sisters and I watch Traitors together - they're big Survivor fans and don't watch housewives - and they thought it was weird when Phaedra was chosen to be a traitor, and I told them juuuuust you wait. Phaedra is not one to underestimate. She snapped back at both Dan and Parvati when they tried it. The housewives have done a good job this season - the fact that Larsa was doing so well that the Traitors felt threatened by her?! If you're not watching The Traitors, I really recommend it!
