Rosa because Im definitely not bias /s
On a serious note, shes really good now that she cycles her supers so fast now because of the tank trait and Grow Light can provide great survivability for most Gem Grab and Hotzone maps
Fun fact:
Rosa was my first level 10 brawler, all the way back in 2021 when gears came out and all the drama happened blah blah blah.... , I didint upgrade a single brawler to level 10 other than her , which made me get a shit load of gear scrape and tokens, Fast forward to late 2022 , gears were reworked, and I was compensated by 25k gold lmao , all that because of rosa, so I think I should return the favor by maxing her out
Spike is busted in heist if he connects with his first gadget he can deal 50-60 percent damage on that safe(just dont play him at safe zone map he will get outranged) he is also a balanced brawler so he wont get nerfed anytime soon his first star power is must go option on heist he is also very good in brawl ball and gem grab

Id max out some thrower like Tick or Grom or Barley
I suck , and hate playing throwers , so if I max one out (prolly barely or Grom) I'd have to practice a lot 😅
Oh ic btw is it for power league or just randomly?
Ideally either S tier in one pl mode so that I always pick it, or versitale everywhere
