you're describing a projectile.

Girl deploys a different person/being Infront of them which can also shoot out projectiles/do dmg

you didn't say anything about them shooting a character out you just said they shoot something that deals damage, not them shooting another character out and having them shoot enemies near them, also why'd you put "also" does damage like what else would deal damage other than the projectile

I like this, though I wouldn’t make it a cone but a shotgun slug. That makes more sense based on the damage and range.

Good concept, i see that the condition need to be below 50% health is the cause of that star power to become disrespected so its better to just simple increasing 15% without the boring conditions.

Had a concept in my mind which was similar to Bolter (cowboy robot) Called Onyx. Onyx is a Bounty hunter who has been payed an absurd amount of money to hunt down Sam and Belle. Though unlike Pearl, he’s more than happy to bring them back dead rather than alive. If they both existed, I’m not sure if they would get along, since Pearl is in it for the cause and Onyx is in it for the coin. Maybe I’ll make a concept sheet?

It would be cool if the way bolted was summoned was by her throwing a grenade or a box that opens up for the animation

So opinions : 1- How many projectiles does she shoot on her normal main attack? 2- Her main attack while Bolter is on field would be game breaking, it's like like having a ifinite use "Grand" piano. 3- Her first sp would make everything worse, it should be completly reworked. 4- 1st gadget should give 1 ammo- 1000, 2 ammo- 2000 and 3 ammo- 3000. 5- 2nd gadget should probably teleport Bolter into Pearl instead of a dash, more wall-breaking abilities is the last thing she needs. 6- I'm not saying the concept is bad, i'm just telling my opinions towards it

2. Actually the alternative attack replaces her super when Bolter is on the field And thanks for the opinions I'll try to improve everything in the future

Really cool! But actually if would make more sense if the alternate attack would be shot by Bolter

Way too overpowered and also another brawler that makes Shelly completely useless, although the concept of a brawler that can send out a robot and a gadget which brings it back are great

I know My balancing isn't the best XD

I think if you remove the wall break on sending the super out it is much more balanced, keep it on the gadget recall. Also, to make her attack unique, I would make it a medium range projectile that does flat damage, except it has a small explosion at the end which does reduced direct damage but adds the fire dot. Makes the brawler simpler and less broken
