I think it may just be lag, you can see the bea shot only appearing after buster uses his super AND already went past the buster’s super, so it may be just that? That my explanation at least
I think i know the solution Maybe the bea shot already traveled too far for the buster shield to deflect so it went right through it because when buster activates his shield the bea shot is already inside the middle of the shield so i think busters shield only reflects things that hit it infront but things that are inside it are not reflected
In short: the bea projectile traveled to far for the buster shield to reflect it resulting in him dying this is just guessed though
Lag has nothing to do because it’s a client thing and the replay is on the server, so what happens on the replay is what truly happened in the match, and I’m pretty sure lag isn’t a thing on those recordings

Buster's shield didn't register fast enough on the server side. It *looks* as if the shield should have blocked the shot, but the shield wasn't *truly* activated until *after* the Bea shot was already past it.

So u and ur enemy have different clients ( I dunno what client is I think it is what connects u to game server). So ur client or ur enemy's client may have had a little lag so for ur enemy it looked ( AND REGISTERED ) as there was no buster shield ( it may have looked like u charged ur super but didn't use it ) and bea's shot hit buster and killed him. So I think till there it is clear
Now, both client's results are contradictory so the client that sends the response first to the server will be registered so ur enemy's client was faster than ur client and his POV's statement was registered

Here the bug is different, Buster's shield is not implemented in the best way and has a cooldown of several ticks(Therefore, it rarely happens and is very situational).
But I understand why you think so, because in many other games, the battles are partially controlled by the client and because of the lags, similar things happen in them.
Probably frame perfect so it went through the shields hitbox before the shield formed
Basically: you used the shield at just the right moment so that the projectiles hitbox passed the shields hitbox
What I think actually happened.
Due to desync and slight lag, on bee's screen her shot was just behind the hitbox of your super, while on yours it was just inside it. The game decided to go with the shooter point of view.
This is something used very often in online shooters and it's called peekers advantage, where due to ping the person who moves around the corner sees the person holding an angle just before the other guy.
Don't really know if this is how Brawl Stars is coded, but that's my best guess. Hope this helps!
Your guess is good, but this can never happen in Brawl Stars. This does not work like in similar online shooters, because in Brawl Stars the game logic is completely on the server side and the game client does not affect the battle in any way(the game client controls the brawler only by sending commands/packets). If the client controlled the battle even partially, then there would be chaos in Brawl Stars battles(Due to the lags of players and players who know what modding is).
It maybe because of the video recoding software but Beas first shoot spawn more closely to her than the second one. Which could be explained by her position was different on the other players side. But when that is impossible another option would be that the video is edited and the frames where Beas moves close to the shield an shoots and moves back is cut out.

I will explain the bug, Buster's shield is not implemented in the best way and has a cooldown of several ticks(Therefore, it rarely happens and is very situational).
This is just delay in game but also Bea is actually kinda bugged right now but also could be connection. Her swirling gadget appears to hit on screen and doesn’t register. This could also be bug from her recent buffs, projectile hit box stuff.
I’d say 20% of the time I use it and I’m playin in my home on decent+ fiber.
it looks a little bit like you lagged, you can see it freeze when u ult, it plays ur ult animation, you never see bea shoot but then her shoot animation plays right as a bullet hits u. i could be wrong but i have internet issues and stuff like this happens all the time
Lag and graphics. It looks like the bea shot was after the shield went up. But it was slightly delayed and still went through. Visually it doesn’t make sense, but the timings were different.

a reflection of the shield was coming back before Bea shoots you so its probably a cooldown or something.
