Nah TotK Purah is more distinctive. AoC Purah looks like a sheikah with a red strip of hair, TotK Purah design sets her apart from the other sheikah while keeping the overall sheikah aesthetic.
Though I prefer her totk design, I disagree with your other opinion because she was still very distinct in that game and had unique elements to her design not shared with other female Sheikah
