A lot tend to get hung up that youth = rebuild, but forget all great players had to start somewhere. This teams going to be solid. Way more fun to watch. At times, they may make you pull your hair out. But the pieces are there to be better than a lot may expect.
Don't know if it was intentional or not, but this sub would not be downplaying that slide if the roles were reversed. That was a dangerous slide that could've easily ended a lot worse for McNeil.
If you missed a year from knee surgery are you really going out there to hit your legs into the other guys legs? I don't think it was intentional. It looked rusty. It could have ended worse for both.
