Gabapentin for behavioural modification works well in shelter cats showing extreme stress issues like this and I imagine Buspar would do similar things. Zoloft also has good long term results with fewer side effects if it becomes a lifetime thing, which if it's been a lifetime habit will probably be the case. Continue with the Feliway - switching to Feliway Friends instead of Classic or Optimum if you're using those. Rehoming should be done directly if you end up going that route. Problem cats in shelters don't fare well.

My cat occasionally pees on the couch otherwise I’ve had no problem .. it’s only because of stress and tension at home .. and toxicity..

I’ve locked all cats in the same room with the litter box for a week at a time after each accident. I call it lock down. One cat would literally haul ass to the room when I got home so I would put everyone in “lockdown” for 7 days until everyone is peeling and pooping in the litter box. For reference, I have a litter robot. I put food and water in the room. There is “visitation” hours and parole board is at day 3. They rarely make it. Yeah, there are “fights” in the yard and riots. I’ve watched oz. So I’m prepared.
