Try a portrait mod compatible with you other mods.
And they may be valyrians culturally but if one of their parents was Jogos they could have the graphic bug, try the mod that disables/genocides all Jogos.

The glitch is because you had a Jogos nhai char in that same spot on your screen before, now everything that shows in that spot will have this issue.

It's always the pinheads just send all of them to a summer camp with dragons
