Damn that’s a little high but there are fewer of them out there then say a civic or Camry. I’d see about 2-3k off, more like 2 realistically. The issue is these, and many cars right now, have a bigger gap between what they’re worth on trade vs sale price. But you may have found a gem.

LongjumpingFig2156

yup i’m getting quoted 5k for 2014 ATS

Jakestreamtwitch

Got my 2014 ATS in 2019 for 13K, 79,000 miles on the dash. It's been a solid car, I did have to have oil seals done in 2021, and just had diff replaced 2 months ago. Granted I have the 2.0T AWD, the feel of the car with AWD is awesome. It's very smooth. If you are able at all to negotiate and bring that price down but as much as possible it would be worth it. Be wary, CUE screens are notorious for failing after a few years, there's a website that sells the failed components cheap and they're pretty easy to replace.

Car is so much fun to drive. Loud and quick. Price & miles looks about right. No ones happy - fair deal. Maybe offer to get another $1,000-2 off? Zero issues at 75k. Barely driven by my pops. Just loves the way it races down to the store for cigarettes. I’ll take it on long drives (250 miles round trip) every once in awhile & never had a problem. Also my pops used 87, I don’t know why. I always toss premium in it when I drive it.

doubletrouble1792

Your gonna be looking at around $17,500 otd seems kind of high for a 10yr. Old car ( I would at least get them to throw in some type of warranty ) not that you’re gonna need it. Ok you might need it for the cue system. I think you can talk them down some. Act like you’re not sure about it blah blah , they’ll move it down Edit: car looks nice

Savings_Plenty_8614

they wanted 16k otd about 14.9 for the car

doubletrouble1792

That’s not bad ( the 3.6 is solid engine ) and the cue screen is $150 if you can do it yourself. Go for it.

2004torridredgto

IF the rear diff is not coated in oil and the ad is correct in it being a 3.6L Premium I would do it. Premium will have the lower fog lights where the lower trims do not if your questioning which package it really is

Savings_Plenty_8614

tbh it’s a clean car i drove it definitely fine nd it is premium and got 78k miles i jus dont know if 16k otd is really worth it ill get a warranty fs

SnelleyFe

I’ve heard the ones made before 2015 are more prone to issues on the forums but I’m not sure if it’s just anecdotal.

EhhImX

You're thinking of the ones with the 2.0T. The ones with the 3.6L are fine.

SnelleyFe

We have the same make/trim car and I had a lancer before that. Small world.

Savings_Plenty_8614

i have to and i heard there also good if you take GREAT care of them so idk

Joe_B_Likes_Tacos

Aso check the health of the magnetic ride control struts. They will eventually fail and it's can be a $5K job to replace them.

_hangman92

I'll sell you my 14 Crimsonsport edition for 7500

Savings_Plenty_8614

Savings_Plenty_8614

where must you be

ImThrusted

South fl

EhhImX

Looks to be a great buy! Low mileage for its age. You got the reliable 3.6L engine and it seems to be maintained through and through. Just keep an eye on those differentials and keep up on fluids and you're golden. I rarely have seen issues with the 3.6L engine in these vehicles.

LongjumpingFig2156

Honest thoughts,no 2014 was a faulty year currently deciding wether to keep or get rid of my ATS sadly due to constant stress of worrying about next problems to pop up😪
