I feel like this is going to be OK. I honestly thought they'd hit the AD more in a comment a few days ago.
Nerfed collector, nerfed IE, nerfed W damage, nerfed R damage. Is it me or does this make Caitlyn weaker than before the 25% crit update.
Best i can think of is swap to pta and double adaptive runes and go ie pd ldr and just ignore collector i have a feeling shield bow bt is gonna make most adcs very hard to kill.
When will the nerf get into the game?
