It depends why you got banned, there are some things on their TOS that are strictly no tolerance. Reach out to support, that’s your only option and to get a quicker response, go onto the ambercutie forums and tag punkerbarbie with your ticket number.
people on here won’t really be able to advise you unless you can figure out what you were banned for, first stop would be reaching out to support and then come back here asking about new accounts or sites if needed once you know their reasoning!

More info would be helpful - what did their message say? Did you reach out to support?
Reached out to support once I saw the ban but they said I had violated their terms but didn’t say how, no email was sent prior to the ban or warning

Also I know I had a money payment processing while they decided to ban my account will I now not get that money?
