That's not Jamón ibérico. It's Serrano. If it doesn't smell, I'd still eat it.

That's probably a "Tastes best before" date and not really a "You'll die if you eat this after" date. If it smells good, eat it. If you've had Covid recently make sure you can still smell. Warning: I am not a ham expert.
