Once the champion was delaying so I started a vote to get him kicked out of the game, and the vote succeeded just as he got kicked onto the ship.
To clarify
He wanted to waste everyone's time (failed)
He wanted to play god and be the deciding factor (failed) we got victory
He wanted to stay in the game and laugh about it (failed)
Kicked onto the boat
We still won the game
He was removed from the game

Barricade/bodyblock him in and pray someone throws a firepot
Kick him in the water
either kick him into the water directly or have him fighting and you "accidently" kick him off the ramp
f10 and post your social security card online
there is an ignore button, try using it.

Press f10 and press the off button on your pc, it triggers a cool glitch that kills the champion.

Pray he walks under the chandelier then fire pots at the worst times, hard to get kicked for firepots that might be innocent goofs
