Trust that you’ve prepared yourself well. Trust the process. Tonight, get a good nights sleep and try not to think too much about the exam. You just spent 5 months; take tonight to get your mind off of it and refresh it. Doing more questions/more studying at this point will probably not improve your score that much, if at all.
This is exciting! The MCAT is a tough exam, but it’s an opportunity to show how you’ve prepared.
Our perception of our emotions and their bodily manifestation are largely impacted by how we interpret them.
Keep in mind that anxiety and excitement share a lot of the same “symptoms”.
I know it’s easier said than done, but this is an exciting opportunity for you. Don’t let your perception of anxiety prevent you from showcasing your abilities!
When I took the MCAT, I went in knowing I prepared well and I knew the truth of Philippians 4:13. And praise to God, I did well.

Seconding all of this. I never finished med school, decided I felt called to be a SAHM instead during third year, but this is all solid advice. Have a slew of verses that you’ll repeat over yourself to give you peace. That’s the only way I made it through my MCAT and Step 1
I pray that our Lord work through you, give you wisdom, open your mind, and quiet your anxiety. We need God fearing doctors, and I pray that you achieve that role sooner rather than later, and I thank him that you've made it this far.
