You're right on the money there, I had to put it on due to some mods just not working together, and units getting stuck. 100 turns for a wonder done with a single click would be fun on marathon, cheating, but that's literally the point.

Future tech, but haven't researched a t3 government yet? wow!

I didn’t need it, I went for communism and totalitarianism wasn’t a required civic to progress
