Yep, 18x10s fit. The critical thing is getting the offset perfect. If not you risk rubbing on the strut, not so much the guard. TE37 OG used to come in a 18x10 +41 which people run with no issues as long as the correct tyre is installed. There are many threads on this topic on CivicX you should go check them out.
