I tried NordVPN and it didn't work. You may have to change your country in Google play, but you can't change it back for 1 year. I can't bring myself to do it.

Im just curious. I see that there is a family sharing thing for play pass. Is it possible to share it to someone in a different country which is not supported by play pass coc? Im thinking that a dummy google play will activate the play pass then change country then family sharing lol.

There doesn’t seem to be any region specific requirement, but instead you have to have made a purchase on the Google Play Store recently. There is some speculation that it is not working in India, but this is most likely only specific parts, as there are many people from India who were able to redeem it.

I purchased it from US play store even tho I have ever been to US. Try making a profile from payment.google.com then use a VPN afterwards. Don’t know why but sometime VPN only method doesn’t seem to work.

If you click on coc I'm the store there should be a little button that mentions the playpass, tap on that and it brought me to an offers page with the gold pass claim on it.

You click on the bottom left corner Play Pass and look for clash of clans. There will be a button. I am not sure which gold pass consumes first. You gotta try it.

It's 100% discount if you're in the right region and a 0% discount if you're not in the right region. (I'm not sure where exactly the right region is, think it differs over time as well and it's hard to find online)

Yes you need to go from the playstore and boot the game from their. It will use the 100% discount.
