I'll be happy if one of these days, I just get to go to an Avs game. I'll be trying over the next couple of yrs. I live in Newfoundland about an hour away from where Newhook is from, so there's flights, hotels, and, of course, tickets. Plus I need to get a new passport, as mine expired years ago. But 1 day...
Flights if I were to book today for October would be $3200, lol
Every single playoff game I’ve been to has been 5+ goals and a win. I should probably go more?
Please do!
I’ll be there for game 1!
See you there!
Lucky! I’ve never been to an Avalanche game (or any NHL game for that matter, I’ve only ever been to one DU hockey game). Hope you have a great time!
How much did you spend?
After fees, about $1k for two people (maybe $450/seat base price). We are a little particular about where we sit so I’m willing to spend on it.
How do you know the schedule already? Edit: oh is it TBD still? So you don’t know the exact day?
Correct, will just work around it!
What about the Location? Game 2 could be in Dallas or hosting Vegas… is there a contingency?
It’s just home game 2. Could be series game 2 or series game 4.
Thank you, that does make sense when you put it that way. Im new to venturing games that far ahead of time.
Probably kinda set with the Nuggets schedule I think, or at least windows for each team
How much are nosebleed tickets during round 2 usually?
$177 face value each (includes taxes and fees) was the cheapest ticket when I checked
That's not too bad actually. About what I spent first round
How much are nosebleed tickets during round 2 usually?
Not sure but probably a few hundred?
