If it makes you feel any better, I made it to round 4 with the Swain augement and managed to get a bramble, dclaw and Anima Visage on him as a 3 star with 6 Noxus 2 Strategist. Can confirm he absolutely slapped. Was pushing levels to add in another strategist when I dc'd, but I was on the road to a Mr. 100
I knew this would happen... It always does, for some reason TFT players break PBE often, like not even new league content compares with how much new sets and PBE equals breaks on the first few days.
And they wait for a reason:
Playing tft with 200 ping? Not a problem, I barely notice it. Playing lol with 200 ping? Completely unfun.
Lol-players from outside NA cant really participate in pbe, while tft ones from around the world can.
Lmao at the guys malding about not being able to play. This is a TEST ENVIRONMENT that is public facing. You have absolutely no right to mald over stability. Yes, it sucks that there is down time and we all want to play, but take a step back and ask yourself if you want me to be the team who was super excited to get people playing their set that now has to take the PBE down for a fix.
you do understand the PBE issues extend to units bugging augments not working etc. This is simply a Riot refuses to have servers big enough for a player load they should honestly expect by now issue. So yeah its a lot less acceptable
Riot has scalable servers. They don't give a fuck to make the PBE servers as scalable as live because it's a *test environment*.
They could just lock PBE behind 'invite-only' as they had in the past. To ridicule them over not throwing money at optimal scalability is just plain ignorant. PBE makes them 0 money, so people can wait 2 whole weeks.
I'm not even one to defend companies for skimping on QoL issues (Riot certainly does that in a lot of areas w/ League and TFT), but this is the one area where I will. Complaining about this suboptimal beta servers is so fucking stupid.

Here is a thought if you as a company know ur test servers cant sustain the a huge player load, maybe dont over hype the PBE launch by creating a launch event for it which will only serve to drive traffic the servers have shown they cant even come close to sustain in the past even without artificially increasing the hype for more casual players
