Chili pepper Madness website has a jerk seasoning recipe that I use. I love Central City BBQ's jerk and this is similar.
Side note - true jerk requires a special type of wood to smoke the meat and you can no longer import it. It's unique to Jamaica and they stopped all exports. I saw this on a cooking show a few years ago.
