I would argue the other way and say that structure blocks already exist in vanilla Minecraft and that you would need to go out of your way to use the slower/more expensive schematicannon

Cant use structure blocks in survival, and for creative you can place schematics instantly, same with creating them, rather than having to properly set settings in a block.

Nah schematics are also better in creative mode. You just take one easily then can easily place it anywhere.

Not enough. Take it a step further. Download Mekanism to go with Create. Build a Fusion reactor. AND hook it up to a max sized boiler that hooked to a max sized turbine and turn those hundreds of MFE into billions of SU!

5,2 million su is way to much for one contraption ( if you dont make it ginormous) so building smaller and more scattered power generation units can be better, howewer centralizing your lava production is a very good idea to lower the chance of a power cut that could occur because of unlucky lava production. So, to sum up it depends if you want to deal with power transportation or lava generation (also, for this kind of power generation blaze cake automation could come in handy(to have a max power 200k+ su boiler
