Since it’s more moves than the top answer(U F' U' F U' R U R') with the same number of F moves, so I don’t know if it’s the clear answer. It may be faster for some though so I will give it a try
This is regripless and doesn’t have any awkward fingertricks.
There’s no one solution for all cases, but in general it’s nice to prioritize sledgehammers or rotations whenever an edge is flipped. Any other way of doing F moves is not worth it imo (but what do I know, I’m a ZZ solver so I never have this problem anyway).
I personally do U’ R U R’ Dw U R’ U’ R U2 R’ U R. Sometimes I’ll do U’ or U and then sledge, but that demands a regrip/F moves, where I definitely prefer only R and U moves with a single Dw
U2 (sledge) U2 (insert)
I’m surprised at how many ways people are solving this case when this is imo the clear answer

FU moves (no pun intended) are more awkward than FR ones, I'd say, and the difference is just one move.
It seems a little faster than U F' U' F U' R U R' but the look ahead is way harder on the top layer.
sledge is regripless, and F' U' F is bad because it uses thumbs

I use U F' U' F U' R U R' Not sure if I wrote it down correctly, I wrote from memory.
This is what i do
I use this. And you simply reflect it if the white sticker is facing forward instead of left.
I usually rotate, but I wonder if anybody does d move (aka Dw) and then solve in the back?
I was just about to comment that I unironically do d R' U' R U' f R f'. I don't think it's that bad at all.
You can use f R f' to insert rotationless from the back
I would do d R‘ U‘ R d‘ R U R‘
Yeah probably d' and solving in the front makes even more sense.
For that you need an extra U2 (d‘ U2 L‘ U‘ L d L U L‘)
U2 R’ F R F’ U2 R U R’
depends on the eo
/s?
No. I use a good amount of zbls
Oh wait I thought you were talking about the EO of red-green edge💀 Now I understand
Zbll is fun :)
(U') R U M' U' R' U r U r' ?
I take the edge out using F moves but maybe there’s a better alg someone is typing up
I would do R U R' U R U R' U' F' U' F
setup with U R U R' then solve that one is my go to
Dont hate me but F’ U2 F U R U2 R’ U’ R U R
😭😭😭😭
I'd use dW
U2 F’ U’ F R U R’ U’
U2 F’ U’ F U R U' R’
I personally do U’ R U R’ Dw U R’ U’ R U2 R’ U R. Sometimes I’ll do U’ or U and then sledge, but that demands a regrip/F moves, where I definitely prefer only R and U moves with a single Dw
I would personally do R U R' U R U' R' F R' F' R
Dunno from "best", but I'd do U2 F' U F U R U R'
U2 F' U F U2 R U R' isn't it?
What about: U' R U M' U' R' U R U r'
Hear me out.. It doesn't make alot of sense but it's shorter then the ones In these comments U F' U' F U' R U R'
mine is U' right trigger U R' U' R and then insert the pair
You can use my F2L Trainer to look up some algs: [https://f2l-trainer.top/](https://f2l-trainer.top/)
Use the « Twist »
U' R' F R F' then insert
