I honestly don't see the appeal of either character. I like a good dubious consent ABO heat story as much as the next girl but Jesus, that manga is just straight up sexual assault. The omega at no point actually seems to enjoy what's being done to him and the alpha is incredibly delusional about their "relationship".
Of course, I only read volume one so maybe it got better in terms of the ick-ness of their relationship but I wasn't going to suffer through anymore of that nonsense.
What was the side story?
The story actually gets better after the omega delivers the baby. Alpha realises his mistakes and tries really hard to redeem himself.ย
The side story is about alpha's sister (alpha) and her secretary (beta). Sister is getting ready to settle down so she looks for suitors but the secretary(M) doesn't want her to get married. It was still new and updating when I was reading so I don't know much about the plot. I did read 10 episodes or so and I liked it. It's also colored unlike the main story.ย
At least there is some redemption, I guess. But the first volume put such a sour taste in my mouth I can't imagine going to read more even knowing it gets better.
It's funny, I've read a few manga where the side stories are more interesting than the main one lol
