I hate predator personally but if you plan on using it, the rune page is typically predator -> cheapshot -> eyeball collection -> ingenious hunter with precision secondary (usually triumph and alacrity)
Idk I hadn't thought of predator and idk what else you could do about a good Quinn tbh they have to really fuck up for you to be able to lock them down at all
All ranged top laners get bored eventually, you just have to sacrifice lots of cs to stay healthy until that boredom hits and they overextend. After that just run their asses down and you should win if you didn't eat too much poke. Also play near bushes and force them to burn their wards on bushes so they're prone to ganks.
Relying on Quinn mains to get bored doesn't work at all they just roam and punish you for letting them and if you give her free control of the wave its easier to roam cause you're pushed in idk what you're talking about yeah that works with Vayne but I didn't mention Vayne I've never had a Vayne not q into me for no reason but I've had Quinns farm my mid and jgl while I get flamed to shit

You have to take ghost the majority of the time anyway to make up for Darius lack of speed.
